First, it was really fast, appreciate it.
The taste was as it’s supposed to be: delicate, clean, no unwanted aromas (you can taste the acorn on your palate) : really delicious.
Maybe, the only imperfect thing is the thickness of the slices. I understand it is handcut but at home we also make it handcut and it is possible you can make much more thinner.
