I paid for 2 vouchers and didn´t recieved any, or my money back
I purchased airline voucher and proceed the payment. On 21st JAN they contacted me, that it is not possible to transfer this type of voucher and that they iniciated refund. After one week (28th JAN) I still didn´t get my money back.
After they contacted me with cancellation of my first purchased discribed above, I decided to buy other voucher. Proceed the payment, seller change the name on the voucher and sent details of the voucheer to SpareFare to check it. Until now (after more than 5 days) I still don´t have any news from SpareFare, they don´t reply to my emails or other forms of contact.

Previously few months ago I purchased several vouchers using this website, and everything went well. I don´t know if something has changed there.

about the booking of the hotel Moov'Appart Hotel Clichy, Rue Martre, Clichy, France
may I talk to you?
I have no answer from SpareFare and the reservation starts tomorrow. The hotel says no change has been made. URGENT
I purchased an Air New Zealand credit…
I purchased an Air New Zealand credit voucher through SpareFare in good faith. After the purchase, Air New Zealand confirmed that the original voucher holder reported fraud to their bank and the credit was refunded to the original cardholder. As a result, the credit was void and any ticket booked with it was cancelled.
In short: I paid SpareFare, and received nothing.
I have contacted SpareFare multiple times via their contact form and received no response whatsoever. No refund, no replacement, no explanation.
This is not a minor issue or a delay — this is the sale of a fraudulent voucher followed by complete silence. I am now forced to pursue a chargeback through my credit card provider.
Based on my experience, SpareFare offers no buyer protection, no customer support, and no accountability when things go wrong.
Everyone here is right
Everyone here is right. I won a final bid of a Ticket in the amount of $1,010 and the voucher never showed up and I got an autoamted email says they would refund me but they NEVER did. Customer service does not exist. No one answers the phone and no one answers email. This site is a scam!! Stay away!
Couldn’t get my money
I have sold my Transavia flight company voucher via Sparefare. There is a problem that I can not create a Stripe account due to country restriction, I live in Turkey. I can receive the payment via Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies or other available payment channels but no one ask me about alternatives recently. I have sold it on January, 11.
If you give information about other options, I can share the details of transactions.
Thank you, yours sincerely.

It's a Freakin Scam
Like many others, it has been a truly disappointing experience for me. Sold my airline voucher for dirt cheap thinking i could gain some petty cash. Transfer was successful and customer service was extremely helpful and responsive along the way until voucher was released to buyer. 10+ days passed and despite numerous attempts of connecting to their customer service for my money, there is zero response.

Very disappointed so far. Website looks great and this will be a useful service if it ever works smoothly as there is definitely a gap in the market for this.
It has been 16 days since my voucher was confirmed as sold but have still not received payment. I edited my stripe details via the provided link after the sale, however i cant check that my details are correct as the link is now broken. I understand that there was some issues with payments and I accept that as a new business there will be hiccups along the way, however judging by the replies to previous reviews this should now be sorted. Again, this may be something i am doing wrong, however I cannot seem to contact anyone for assistance. I have tried the live chat numerous times and left messages and have been ignored thus far. Customers will be much more likely to forgive delays in payment if there was clear communication but there is none. This is not a small amount of money and contact from Sparefare would alleviate any stress. Disappointing
After being a devoted customer of SpareFare
After being a devoted customer of this business/site, a true fan of their service, they have completely disappeared from a customer service standpoint. I purchased a voucher (an expensive one of several thousand USD) and never received the voucher info. I contacted them daily on email, through their social media accounts, and on the website chat. I received no response whatsoever. I even emailed a customer service rep by the name of Kim directly who had helped me in the past. No response. It has been more than a week........ As far as I can tell, the business is defunct, but the website is still up and accepting payments. This experience caused me great stress at the thought of losing $5k. Beware of SpareFare! It was my favorite business, and now I guess is s scam or defunct.
I had a very bad experience with…
I had a very bad experience with Sparefare.
I sold a voucher on their platform over one month ago and never received the payment. Since then, they have completely disappeared. No replies in the chat, no replies to emails, and no support of any kind.
The website does not work as it should and there is no clear information about payment timelines or how sellers can actually get their money. At this point, it is impossible to understand who to contact or what steps to take.
This lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable, especially when money is involved. I strongly advise against using this platform until they fix their support and payment processes.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. $600+ Held Hostage for over 2 Months
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.
I purchased a flight from Melbourne to Bali on November 27th, and it has been an absolute nightmare ever since.
Sparefare took my money - over $600 - but the seller never transferred the ticket or completed their end of the transaction.
It's now been TWO MONTHS, and Sparefare is still holding my money with ZERO communication. I've attempted to contact them multiple times through every available channel, and I haven't received a single response, update, or acknowledgment.
This is completely unacceptable. As a marketplace, Sparefare should be protecting buyers and ensuring transactions are completed properly.
Instead, they've taken my money and gone silent while I'm left without the flight AND without my $600+.
I'm now forced to consider legal action just to get my own money back. This is either gross negligence or borderline fraud. Save yourself the stress, money, and time - use literally ANY other flight booking service.

there sistem works very slow. and i need to make my booking.
Sellers Beware
I sold two vouchers on SpareFare more than three weeks ago. The vouchers were successfully sold, but to date I have not received any payment. Despite multiple attempts to contact the company through their support channels, I have received no response and no explanation for the delay.
This lack of communication and failure to release funds is extremely frustrating and concerning. Based on my experience so far, I would urge caution to anyone considering selling vouchers on this platform until payment and customer support issues are properly addressed.
Fraud website and serice, dont use it
I had sold my evoucher and never got money. Customer service is not replying to my message. I got notification from evoucher company that my voucher is used. I was getting emails and notifications evey 10 minutrs until I sold my voucher. After I shared my voucher details no notification snd no one available for chat. I have dropped many messages, no one cares to reply. Totally fraud. I will report it to cyber crime to ensure this website and serice get blocked and they ate not able to cheat any more.
Bought 4 vouchers, only received 2 and the team stopped responding.
Bought 4 vouchers, the team gave me only 2 and then stopped responding. Also waiting for a week for the refund for the previous failed purchase. Tried to email kim as well, no luck.
Upon looking in the comments from other users, It seems that the business died just between my purchases. Or they don't have enough people to provide customer service. That's a shame, I used the service in the past and everything went smoothly, the communication was perfect.
I hope they can rebuild after all the issues during the last 2 months, because the service has a demand, just need to fix communication issues. Kim, if you contact me, I am happy to change the rating. Let's get your business up and running!
They are delinquent in payouts and fraud to the sellers and buyers
They don't answer I sold my voucher to through them and I haven't got payed plus they deleted my sale of my account but good thing I got screen shots of them, my voucher was used and buyer claimed he didn't use it so they sent it to the wrong person because there the only ones that I gave the code too and I United airlines said it was used by a fraudulent agency, I haven't got my money or refund from sparefare and neither has the buyer they are scamming people and commiting fraud, I want to get a lawsuit started and to all of you with similar situations let's join up and get our money back it sucks that they can't even reply to explain what happened or what's going on, but it's to much already so 1(619)8444900 let's start a lawsuit everyone I got details of the founder, supervisors and both locations in the US and UK and Belgium owners information we must get things right this is unacceptable

Looks like a scam, feel like a scam, don't do it!
Looks like a scam, felt like a scam, stay away. Bidding and everything went well. All the way up until "successful purchase" and the company has to verify the voucher before sending to buyer. Wouldn't they do that before letting bids go live?? Customer service doesn't exist. I still haven't received any voucher and it's been over 2 days since me and the seller completed our parts. Prices fluctuated on the flight I needed so I ended up booking with no voucher.
I sold a voucher on December 28 and…
I sold a voucher on December 28 and now more than 10 days later, I have not received my money. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. I have emailed many times, I tried using the chat feature and there has been no response from Sparefare. My patience is running out big time and i absolutely believe that they are a scam or false advertising. This is really sad on Sparefare to deceive customers who trust your site like this and take advantage like this especially when they are other website customers could have chosen! GIVE ME MY MONEY SPAREFARE!
They do not refund you!
I bought a €150 voucher on December 31st. The seller never changed the name, so my offer expired, along with an automatic email from Sparefare stating that I would be refunded within 10 days. It is now January 14th, and not only have I still received nothing, but it is practically impossible to contact them. I have written several emails, used the chat, etc., but there has been no response and no direct contact. Be careful, they are not reliable!
DO NOT do business with this company.
DO NOT do business with this company.
I paid for a flight credit and received no confirmation, no product, and no response despite repeated attempts to contact them.
The explanation about “payment issues” does not justify complete silence once money has been taken. Numerous recent reviews describe the exact same experience, which suggests this is a pattern rather than a one-off issue.
I ultimately had to recover my money through a credit card chargeback. This is unacceptable conduct for any business handling significant sums of money.
Avoid.
