THIS IS A SCAM!!!

THIS IS A SCAM!!!! Bid went wrong because seller could not complete the voucher transfer within 2 days. I got a message that I would get a rufund in 10 days but - no refund after a month. After that I made another bid, this was oke but the seller did not receive any money. So I payed twide for the hotelroom and the seller did not get his money for selling the voucher. At first when i had not payed yet, they responded to me.

Scam. Don’t sell

Voucher got sold.
Money never received.

There are other people who I spoke to starting legal action.

Do NOT sell through here. Most of 5 star reviews are from those who received deal not those who sold them.

This guys are the worse people when it cames getting your money off them they took my Voucher and sold it too same one now I've been waiting on getting my money for almost 1 month and I keep contacting this guys i only got a reply like bout 3 times and ever since I haven't had reply from them or heard anything im telling your guys this guys are the worse people too sell your flight ticket or flight Voucher too its better ur sell them ur self at Facebook market or other sites because im telling urs your will regret selling it too them im telling ur guys im still waiting on my funds and I keep contacting them but i dont get reply back or anything they just ignore me its very bad customer service im serious

SpareFare 'sold' my flight 3 weeks ago, but I still have not been paid. And they won't respond to any of my messages. Everything suggests that their operation is a scam.

Scammed on this site

Scammed on this site. I bid on a flight voucher. Seller wanted me to complete transaction outside platform. I refused. Then seller accepted my $599 bid and took my money but never delivered the voucher. I notified Sparefare and requested return of funds. I never received a response. Almost a month later, no word from Sparefare and the charge is still on my credit card. I believe this site is a scam.

Useless waste of time

This site is putting up vouchers for sale that users are not able to bid on because the bidding is closed. It has been closed for days and there is no clear and transparent notification of when it will be reopened again.

Cool site customer service is a little Lacking

Hi,
I’ve sent several emails to customer service regarding my upcoming hotel reservation since I haven’t received the booking information. I haven’t heard back, and when I use the chat option on the site, I am told everyone is out and to leave a number, which I’ve done multiple times. I’ve also emailed the site directly but still haven’t received a response.

Could someone please assist me with my booking status or provide an update on when I can expect the confirmation?

Hi Glenn, thank you for the note and we apologize for the delay in response. We typically like to reply to reviews within 48 hours. We went through a devastating PayPal outage and have spent the last three weeks focusing on replatforming to Stripe and getting payments out to sellers in whatever way we could, including Western Union. It has been chaotic and we were not able to adhere to our typical service/email requirements. We are now trying to dig out of the emails that were not pertaining to seller payouts now as we are testing the Stripe platform now.

No communication or payment

Sold my vouchers 11 working days ago. No email or payment. No one is available on the webchat and i have emailed at least 5 times and still no response. My voucher has been sold and used by the buyer. Companies house shows the company as dissolved and bidding is no longer allowed. Don’t sell anything on here

I bid on a voucher and I saved a lot of money, I used it straight away for a booking and had no problems. Sellers are flexible with sensible offers. Will always look now before booking holiday

A white glove experience

AMAZING company and deals!

SpareFare are a fantastic company and provide quick and amazing service too. I have secured some brilliant savings on flight vouchers purchased and have saved a total of £375 so far across only two transactions, so you can see how this can stack up. Genius idea to ensure sellers are able to sell unused flight tickets/vouchers and buyers can bag some great deals. I also really like how you receive a confirmation where the SpareFare team personally check the voucher is legitimate when providing the details, so ultimately, nothing to worry about when dealing with this professional and great company. 10/10!
