A pleasure to deal with Spares2Repair. There website is very easy to use, input your appliance model number and it shows you all the compatible spare parts you can order.

I ordered a drain pump for my dishwasher, however the pump did not arrive on the date stated on my order. I emailed customer services who responded very quickly, telling me the issue why and a resolution. They refunded the delivery charge and had the pump to me the next day.

Having sorted out that I needed to register first ordering was easy as well as payment. I was kept informed about packing and delivery. All went well.

Unfortunately there was a delay so after contacting the company a partial refund was offered by way of apology and my order arrived today.
