Joke of a company. Ordered a battery never received it or a refund. Ryan Burton should not be in business as he clearly is not trustworthy. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

I ordered 2 items for our Dyson V10 back in May 2022 from this company, unfortunately only 1 was received. I contacted them and Ryan assured me that I would receive it in the next few days. It’s now over 5 months since I placed the order and I still haven’t received the item. The company and Ryan are now ignoring my emails and their phone has been switched off. This seems to be standard practice for this company so please don’t use them or you’ll be ripped off like me

No delivery. No contact possible by email or phone ( turned off). Why can these companies continue to 'trade '

Ordered part for Dyson. Had to chase up the order then I had to return it as I had ordered the wrong part (my fault).
Returned the part in good time but never received a confirmation of receipt, even after numerous emails and attempted phone calls.(never got through).
Eventually had to go through my credit card to get my refund.

Avoid. Item purchased from Spares hub but never sent, emails not replied to and phone is always off. I believe they are giving themselves positive reviews on here. My bank found in my favour of a refund after a month as they could not contact the company, Now as spares hut they are emailing demanding i pay. These emails have been forwarded to action fraud.

Sadly like many before me this company are a scam.
I wish I had seen the reviews before ordering a replacement battery.
Money taken and a dispatch email sent to me. But it has never arrived.
Emailed on several occasions with no response from them. The mobile phone number given on website is permanently switched off. So unable to resolve the non delivery or refund.

Ordered on the 19th, received my item on the 25th. A fair bit cheaper than other sellers so while delivery could be a bit quicker I can't complain at all.

I was very sceptical given the experience of others here but I'm glad I gave them a try.

Do not trust this company! I ordered a spare part on 5th May 2022. My money was taken and the part never arrived. The phone number given on their website is permanently turned off. No replies to my emails requesting a refund. Don't risk your money....it's just not worth saving a few pounds to risk losing the lot.

Shocking I never received my item eventually got a refund but then got emails saying I have the item do I want to return it or pay for it again. Terrible company

Despite never receiving my order or refund I am now receiving marketing emails from them offering an exclusive discount! I want my order or refund!!!!

Bought a new battery for my Dyson v11 vacuum cleaner. Saved around £25 from buying it but it did take a week to arrive unfortunately

Had the pleasure of speaking to Ryan who told me what part I needed for my hoover and the estimated delivery time. It has now arrived and they are true to the word when they say they are authentic and cheaper than Dyson themselves.

Ordered the wrong part for my vacuum by accident. Got in touch and all was sorted and now I am use my vacuum cleaner again! Just annoying I ordered the wrong part in the first place hence the 4/5 star, but apart from that I’m happy.

Like many others I wish I had looked at reviews before placing an order with this shambolic company. They do not deliver in their timescale as per their website or reply to emails or telephone calls, in fact the telephone is switched off, or text messages, they take your money and run.
I have instructed my credit card company to proceed with a chargeback procedure to get my money back.
So place an order at your own risk but be prepared for disappointment.

Ordered Dyson head
Ordered Dyson head and paid via PayPal on April. Waited weeks then eventually emailed and called (no answer), left voicemail. No reply, waited for another few weeks. Eventually cancelled order via PayPal and received a refund. Ordered the part from another company which arrived the next day. A few days later the parcel arrived and they are now chasing me for payment. I am in the process of trying to return it but this company didn’t sent any return documents… ignore me just chasing me for the payment…the whole experience has been a nightmare. DON’T USE!

Useless seller, poor communication and sent product nearly 3 weeks late when stated within 5 working days - do not shop with this seller
