Fast delivery, and nice prices. This wasn’t first time, and certainly not the last time when i buy from Spareto.

I’ve found a lot of things that in my country are generic brand or quality, also something were just cheaper to buy and import to my country than buying them here

Good quality and fast delivery

Positive feedback:
The parts catalog is comprehensive, with a wide selection of brands and competitive pricing. The logistics options clearly display shipping costs and estimated delivery times, allowing customers to choose the most suitable shipping method. Overall, this is very well done.

Areas for improvement:

The shopping cart does not allow partial checkout. Currently, all items in the cart must be purchased together, which is inconvenient. In many cases, I add items to the cart for comparison or future purchase, but if I decide not to buy them at that time, I have to delete them and search for them again later. This results in a poor user experience. It would be much better if partial checkout were supported, or if there were a wishlist feature to temporarily save items.

The selection of genuine OEM parts is relatively limited. It would be highly appreciated if more original manufacturer parts were available.

The naming or descriptions of some parts may cause Taiwan Customs to impose higher import duties. In some cases, customs authorities classify them as “modified parts” rather than “repair or replacement parts.” It would be helpful to know if there is any way to improve part descriptions or documentation to reduce this issue.

Fast shipping and great packing of items so they dont damage at shipping

Variate of Spare parts collection that let my customers find what they need in addition to the express shipping and customer service specially provided by Robert.

The first problem is communication. It took almost a week for customer service to respond to my email, even though I followed up several times. The nearly week-long wait is simply unbelievable!

The second and most significant issue: I ordered a timing chain kit for my Citroën C4. The delivery was complete and fairly quick. The problem started when the valve cover gasket didn't fit. After contacting customer service, as mentioned, it took weeks to ask a question and receive a response. I was accused of ordering the wrong product, even though I provided screenshots proving it was the correct kit. They simply offered me $15 towards my next purchase—without an apology or any attempt to take responsibility. Absolutely scandalous behavior. Luckily, I paid with PayPal, otherwise I'd be chasing after this company right now.

Used to buy from them but not anymore. They make mistakes and ship you different quantities. They do not even reply to my emails. There are better and more professional websites.

This company is extremely misleading. They failed to inform me that duty fees would apply, and after the item shipped, DHL notified me that I would need to pay $40 in fees on a $100 purchase. That is unacceptable. To make matters worse, the company claims they will charge me for return shipping and duty fees if I don’t accept the parcel. This makes no sense. I strongly recommend avoiding them.

The customer service is top notch. Had an issue with part and they were extremely helpful and generous. I would come back of I needed something else.

Edit 2: Update: The parts were delivered next day, so I can’t fault the actual dispatch time - and both parts came although it was still unclear what I was getting before they arrived. I would use again but beware comms can be slow.

Edit 1: OK - so I finally got a reply about midday. Not too bad but the email bouncing bck all morning and the useless chatbot is terrible:

I ordered a timing chain. When I put it in the basket delivery was 2 days. Now I checked out and it is 2 months! I tried to contact to get a different product sooner. Email bounced back, phone didn't connect and the chatbot said someone would get back but left me hanging. Happy to change the review if someone actually speaks/contacts me.

Ordered a fuel pump,delivery was quick,however the pump is faulty,I have sent several emails regarding a return but had no answer to any of them,very poor service,not confident regarding this company,I will now endeavour to contact my credit card host and initiate chargeback.i would not recommend using this company.
