There was an error with the shipping, which meant next day couldn't be fulfilled. I raised this with customer services and received a response from the director, issuing a full refund. Issues happen, but customer service like this is becoming increasingly rare. Well done and thank you

Great sparklers, great company to deal with. I had an issue with some sparklers arriving damaged in transit, they sorted a replacement immediately. Would highly recommend.

I found this company on a Google search while looking for something else.I had dropped the big jumbo sized lighter I use for lighting incense & broke the switch ,could not find a replacement anywhere.Then I noticed this company which has a parent company of Trafalgar Trading.The lighters were on sale so I bought 2.Thought the postage was a bit much considering what I was buying however turned out that the postage was next day delivery with a courier ,(Not Evri or Yodel),which was brilliant.Their main business seems to be party/wedding/guy Fawkes night sparklers and the like.
I wouldn't normally buy from a company that I could not find reviews for but with no warning reviews either I took a chance and there were no issues.
Delivered on time and checked if everything they sent was fine as it was for my wedding. Purchased their smoke canon flare things which were amazing! I wish I could attach a picture to this review.
