Purchased a pair of second hand diamond and sapphire earrings.
Delivery and packaging was excellent.
The earrings were more beautiful than they looked online.
I am over the moon with the quality of the stones and the condition of the earrings, just looked like brand new.

Great communication. I initially emailed for information on resizing before I purchased a ring. I worked out actually the size would be fine and ordered online, at which point Siew recognised my email and contacted me to check whether I needed a resize or not, which was very thoughtful. Ring arrived quickly, safely and securely and is exactly as described - just stunning!

Ring resizing
My ring came and fit but I changed my mind about which finger I wanted it to go on. They replied me on the same day and was happy to take it back for a resize and delivery out again for me. All done within a couple of weeks, and very pleased with my ring now!

Special necklace for a special woman
I bought this necklace for my long-distance girlfriend, who is very much into gemstones. She told me that it was even more beautiful than she expected it to be, once she had it in her hands.
We had some issues with VAT and international shipping, but the store owner worked with us and helped us figure it out. I'm very pleased with the customer service we received.
