Lack Customer Service

They advertise on their website that regular delivery is within 6-12days. Ordered 2 weeks ago and the package has still not been delivered.

Edited: Package was delivered exactly 2 weeks. Does not look bad!

Excellent respond to the gift

First product received was not in good condition however the response was well taken care of and I received a replacement gift just in time to surprise my partner. Again thank you for the swift and quick response.

Frustrated

I'm currently embroiled in a struggle of sorts with the customer service for this company. I've asked them numerous times about their tracking methods, which appear to be a complete joke. I placed my order, I asked for the "express" option with regard to delivery, and to this date NO tracking information has been generated. It's extremely frustrating. I've brought it up numerous times via their website, and the only reply I receive states that the matter has been sent to their "logistical department", or whatever. I certainly hope the product itself lives up to the "hype" because the customer service thus far is extremely lacking in that they cannot, or will not, provide basic tracking information.

This company completely screwed me

This company completely screwed me. They took way past valentines to ship, then they sent the package to California, marked it as delivered, and kept telling me that their system says it’s delivered and to check again outside when I emailed for assistance, like I’m an idiot who didn’t already search outside high and low. I live in NEW YORK. Not CALIFORNIA. I didn’t care about it being late, I just cared about getting it. Now I’m out the money, and have no item which I paid for. NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. If the company sees this right now, save your BS copy and paste reply, contacting you does NOTHING.

Delivery and refund

Order express delivery 3-5 days and arrived 12 days later. Would not give me refund when I got this for Valentine and it's waaaaay past Valentine. Also kept getting auto replies just like the ones below.
