Don't be fooled by their 5 star reviews on facebook/their own website. Cheapest low quality product I've ever purchased, way overpriced and shipped from China.
Paid for express shipping (5-8 days delivery) it arrived over two weeks later
They say "Hand Picked Roses" but it's a cheap as ffake plastic rose, super glue sticking up out of the wooden base and mine arrived with no battery cover??

Absolute scam, ordered, waited a month and never received.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Ordered product on the 1st of February for Valentine’s Day,was assured it would arrive in time,well here it 18th February and still nothing.Sent numerous emails and all you get back is an automated response,as for the tracking number, what a joke,as is this company.
So do your self a favour and save disappointment by not buying from these scammers.

You're being scammed, this "company" is completely made up.

They advertise fancy pictures on instagram claiming to make custom products in California. They're charging you outrageous amounts for cheap products they buy for less than $5-$10 in China.

They delete any negative feedback on social media and I can almost guarantee you majority of the positive reviews on this website are just as fake as their "custom made" products!

This company is a SCAM!!! Says at the bottom of the page "made with heart in California" which is a BLATENT LIE! Promised shipping within 2 weeks... I emailed them at 2 weeks & it did not even start the shipping process FROM CHINA until the DAY AFTER MY EMAIL which was the original last day expected to arrive!! HUGE SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Bought a rose for Valentines Day on Feb 4. Paid for expedited shipping (5-8 days). Shipper only submitted electronic tracking info to the currier on Feb 12. Rose not showing up until Feb 22. LOL. If you want to avoid an awkward situation with your significant other, don't buy this.

Their address is fake. Product is sent from China and that beeing said, it won't reach to you in the time they say. 0 customer support, no response to e-mails, Facebook nor Instagram. As well they block negative comments on Facebook/Instagram posts. Don't buy!

Took over 3 weeks to arrive..
Feel so ripped off paying $80 for a $10 piece of Chinese junk. Don't let the flashy Facebook ads fool you.

It says made with ❤ in California but on the tracking number it shows that its coming from China. Stay away.

Absolute shocking service... made an order 2 weeks ago, provided a delivery time frame and no item has arrived with zero update... I would suggest not ordering from this company despite you may want the product look elsewhere for it!

The glass casing around the rose was badly glued on, and the whole thing came off. All of the beads came out and the lights around the rose also became uncoiled. I want a refund or at least a replacement.

I’m absolutely in love! Came fast and in great condition, my bf got it for me for an early valentines and I’ve been giving him the good good all because of this rose:))))))))

I ordered 4 roses, and sadly 3 of them was broken on arrival. I know this is not Sparkly Roses fault, and after sending an email (with pictures), they sent me 3 new roses.
I now have 4 beautiful roses.
They do look good, and in my experience friendly and nice customer service.

The flowers I ordered came out great. Very nice colors and design. My girlfriend loves them! Only problem I had was that they took just under a month to receive due to being shipped from China and customer service is a bit slow. I take partial responsibility for ordering 2 weeks before christmas but the estimated date of arrival was for about 17 days and it took about 30. Was packed very well though with no breaks or scratches!

I ordered a sparkly Rose but upon arrival the glass was shattered into pieces, one e-mail with pictures sent to this company and they immediately responded, very nice customer service and I will be getting a new rose

I ordered the Enchanted Sparkly Rose as a gift to my friend and upon arrival she loved it. They have a very good customer service and the team response is very fast. Premium service.

Edit: So i just received the new one, and it did get here on time. However, the box was slightly crushed on delivery, so i can't wrap it as is, for a present. And one of the flower pedals was ripped in the middle, and bent downwards in a weird angle. So i won't change my 3 star rating.

Edit: Sparkly Roses has confirmed they will send me a new one in time for Christmas. They even agreed to send me a different color, because i changed my mind. So if it arrives on time, and in good condition, i will change this review to a 5 star, for excellent services.

My package took about 2 weeks longer than it should have to arrive. And when it finally arrived, the off-on button is permanently on, meaning it eats through batteries. It's also smaller than i expected.

It is pretty though.

I ordered the galaxy rose for my wife as an additional birthday gift with the understanding that it is hand made crystal. When it arrived, after a lengthy wait, it is enclosed in a glass dome but the rose itself is clearly plastic and looks very cheap. The website is misleading as it claims the roses are crystal. Would not recommend this product.

Received and very beautiful, super fast delivery wasn't expecting it so quickly timed it wrong for my wife's birthday now I got to get another birthday present.
