Super positive outcome for the original review below;
Sparkly Tails read this and were very quick to respond, offering great customer service to rectify my concerns. I didn’t expect this and I’m impressed they wanted to do something about it. All I can say is please do check out the site and enjoy their great products which have been so carefully chosen. And if you do order something, it comes beautifully presented- nice to know if you need to send the item as a gift.
Original Review;
Firstly this is a genuine site. For some reason I was a bit suspicious initially. Great ethos, fair prices and nice original products. If you do shop with them do scan the pages carefully as there are lead and collar sets which I completely missed. Ended up ordering the two separately when I could have saved myself double postage and the time lag between products.

I was recommended the product purchased. Bought two bottles, one to return to the friend who gave me her last drops. Only one was delivered but they moved heaven and earth to get me next day delivery so my pet will have no itch over Christmas.
