I have bought a number of pipes and accessories from them. The pipes work well and they are very pleasant to deal with.

stopped smoking in jan 14 but after 3months desparate have smoked for52yrs,tried sparkscigs and after a couple months still do not want to stink or have any cravings i just vapour.so easy light and quite feminine

bought the e-pipe from sparkcigs,nice looker good weight and surprised how good it vapes.the tabbacco flavours they sell are very good and a good price about 12£ for 6 bottles(10mm).would have given it 5* if the top would screwed down to lock the firing button as on some other models.overall I would recommend this pipe to anyone.

This product has helped me give up smoking without any problems so i dont feel as if i am missing out on anything when i am having a drink!

High quality product made well service very good will be using for future purchases would like to see ice mint liquid being sold as most of my family use this flavor and would by in bulk

had a little problem at the beginning that delayed order by two days as the e-pipe spare bowl was out of stock and sparks stocklist said they had one left but they sourced more supplies extremely quickly so my order was only a little late and as a bonus to make up for this they threw in a couple of spare batteries which i don't think very many companies would do so top marks for sparks

I bought a mini pipe which was faulty on arrival but everyone could not have been more helpful to get the situation resolved. As with any electrical item things sometimes fail which is understandable but the difference was that Sparks bent over backwards to get the item replaced with a ne pipe which was tested before they sent out. Such a shame you don't get that service with other companies!
