Have used Sparks twice now since deciding smoking real cigs after 50 years had to stop. Both orders I've placed from Sparks website have been fulfilled brilliantly - ordered on 1 day received within 2 days well packed. Quality has been very good as far as I can tell (I'm still alive and have stopped coughing)! Looking to order again soon.

Their delivery is quick, the pipe arrived the next day along with a most useful 'tips' sheet - very much an idiots guide which was very helpful.

I have only had my ecig for a few weeks and one of them has developed a horrible burning taste which has left it unable to use. My husband reckons the atomiser must have gone. I am now begging him for a borrow of his. Totally not the quality I would have expected.

But the customer service outshines all of it. I had a problem with the battery on a starter kit I bought. When I contacted the company Wayne didn't just send me the replacement part. He sent me a complete kit and a note of apology (hand written) which came the next morning. But wait, there's more! He also gave me his mobile number In case there was any further problems.
These folks are the doggies dangling parts. (If you don't know the expression, it's GOOD, VERY GOOD).....

I would like to echo the sentiments of other reviews in that, the true test of a good company is they way any issues are resolved. Some companies in this sector are notoriously bad at responding mails... Esparks are prompt, friendly and professional.

We have bought some of these in the past and they seem to leek after awhile, quality not very good.

I ordered a starter pack for an e cig and have never used one before therefore didn't know how to use it or put oil in it. Though I think the general quality of the product was good, I could have done with some instruction on how to fill it up other than having to trawl through YouTube videos. Im still struggling and fairly sure that either I'm doing something wrong, as oil leaks out the tip if I put more than 0.1ml in at a time and it makes a funny wheezy noise on inhalation, or the product is actually faulty. Either way, hasn't been too successful so far.
