I order 1 jar of the desire elixir from Spark Stag, the delivery said it would take 5-7 days. I expected it to arrive the following Monday.
It was the following Tuesday when I realised it hadn't arrived yet, I checked my email and I saw I had received an email from Spark Stag already to tell me that they'd be tracking my order and saw that it hadn't been delivered yet and it should arrive soon. +1 for communication already.
On Thursday I got a following email to say that since GLS had not delivered my order yet, they would send out another shipment with DHL Express and I received it the next day on Friday.
Spark Stag seems like a new company but this high level of customer service shows how much they care and value each customer that buys their product!
