Outstanding! Bought a Wickes kitchen & had it fitted & also downstairs cloakroom toilet updated by Sparky Design & Construction, these guys are amazing Ghasson & Naseer. Their attention to details & workmanship is great. I was kept updated throughout. So pleased with the end result & will definitely recommend.

We were assigned Gaz and Mani by Wickes in South Ealing to do our kitchen Project.

Gaz is a nice guy and always happy to help. We put our trust in Gaz as we liked working with him.
We however were not bowled over by the workmanship of his team with regards to their trade skills and etiquette.

A lot of our kitchen has issues including a hard floor which was laid on soft cushioning when hard floor should be laid on hard board so the result is that nearly a year on the floor is noisy, moves and has bits sticking up. We have the same flooring in our lounge and have no issues as it was laid correctly by a different company.
Our kitchen also has plug points which dint work, light switches which have broken and our splashback which is coming away from the wall and we have plaster dust falling down at the back of our hob.
The sealant hasn't been laid correctly and where there is movement in the units possibly a result of moving floor cracks.

Since the kitchen installation Gaz did return to rectify some issues but they came back or new issues and apparent from shoddy workmanship.

Despite our concerns over the workmanship with the kitchen as we liked Gaz we thought we'd give Sparky the benefit of the doubt to do some other renovation work. What a mistake this was.....
On Day 1 of our requested work in Lounge Mani (Sparky partner with Gaz), pulled the original ceiling rose off the ceiling despite being asked not to touch it. My partner had spent a week restoring the ceiling rose back to plaster and removing decades of paint.
The work continued for another couple of days until day 3 when Mani and a labourer left the property with no communication.
Job not finished and one ceiling Rose missing.
Gaz visited the next day and apologised for the problems and said he would purchase and install a new ceiling Rose for us.

Our last contact with Gaz or anyone from Sparky was on the 6th of March.

We have since had to purchase and Install a new ceiling rose and complete our lounge renovations ourselves.

Our kitchen issues under a Wickes workmanship guarantee out outstanding and now Wickes have said that they are no longer working with Sparky.

Gaz is a nice guy but it seemed his time was firefighting the mistakes by those he worked with and employed.

It seemed evident that none of the workers had an official trade but more bodging it.

I have to be honest, what an amazing experience with this company. Work ethic you could not wish for better. Honest hard working would not hesitate in asking them to do more work. Soso happy with my kitchen .

We were extremely happy with the kitchen and bathroom fit our by Gaz and his team. They were professional, considerate and fair. They were able to accommodate for issues that popped up a long the way with gas pipes etc. Went over and above to make sure everything was safe and done to a high standard. Made useful suggestions to improve the design. We would definitely use Gaz and his team again for further works to the house.

I would give a lower score if possible but 1 star is the lowest available.
What I can say.
The guys are hard working, will come back when you point out a problem, the only issue is they won’t fix it. What should be a total rebuild for them is a “snagging list”.
We had our house totally renovated by sparky. When I saw the results I was horrified….. I travel for work considerably came home from work for what should have been a finished product I was horrified .
Our bathroom and kitchen was guaranteed by wickes. They did an independent review and the tiling and bathroom was repaired at no cost the bathroom was leaking and the tiling which was sub contracted out was horrendous . I wish I could post photos here. The tiling was so poor that our replacement tiler took photos and placed it on a what’s app group called tiling disasters.
When we complained to sparky group we were informed we had chosen wrong tiles and that this result is acceptable .
Anyway our bathroom was completely redone by someone competent and this was through the Wickes workmanship guarantee.
Overall I have been extremely disappointed with their work quality.
They do work hard but the results are poor and the finish is terrible.
Always an excuse. Such as you chose wrong tiles it’s always this way.
The walls weren’t square and so on.
Apart from small niggling issues none of the issues we have highlighted have ever been repaired satisfactorily. We have had to pay out of pocket for repairs (apart from bathroom which was guaranteed tried by Wickes) the whole downstairs area has to be retiled and again we have to pay. The tiling was done incorrectly the grout is coming out and tiles not laid according to instruction on the box.
The tiling is atrocious.
If you want quality work avoid these guys. Highly disappointed

Do not use this company! They completed work for us via Wickes, for both kitchen and bathroom, and throughout the entire process, things were rushed and botched. Items were scuffed and scratched during install. Tiling was subbed out to someone who did a poor job. Floors and walls are uneven. The wrong materials were used. We are now in a position where tiles are falling off the bathroom wall as the plaster they put underneath is unsuitable and has absorbed the moisture pushing the tiles out.

Gaz and his team fitted our kitchen recently. We had a bad experience with having a fitted kitchen before so we were apprehensive. Gas was the ultimate professional from start to finish, approachable, always willing to deal with our Qs and very skilled, so is his team. We love our kitchen and we are thankful to Gaz and his team. We recommend Sparkydesign 100%.

We just had a big project completed with a complete new kitchen, bathroom, down stairs toilet, underfloor heating, complete rewiring, relaying all the floors, tiling, whole house plastering. Sparky Design and Construction were AMAZING! Gaz, Manny and their team were always so professional, polite, punctual and did everything to the highest quality with great attention to detail. I’m actually very organized, fussy and have very high standards and even I was impressed! I have heard it’s a nightmare to find good quality builders in the UK who are excellent at what they do and complete the projects as scheduled- so many of my friends have warned me about this. Save yourself the stress and heartache and just use Sparky Design and Construction….I wholeheartedly recommend them to you. We can’t wait to use them again when we do our roof extension. Great work guys - keep up the amazing work that you do!

Gaz and his crew fitted our kitchen including ripping it back to the structure, re-wiring, re-laying the floor and fitting the kitchen including tiling etc. Throughout they were fantastic. Their work was exemplary. We are delighted with the result and they took care of the house whilst the work was being done. I cannot recommend them too highly.

Nice people to do work with honest and hard working explain everything in detail if any work comes in between not plan they do, not to put you out of pocket and do reasonably I will give them 5 stars Happy with new kitchen all job was in bad shape floor and walls done nice job

Gaz and his team did a fabulous job of fitting my new kitchen in a period property which doesn't have one straight wall in it. There were a couple of unforeseen issues with the property but the team sorted them out in no time. Their attention to detail is second to none. They are very clean, respectful and tidy and I would absolutely recommend them. I'll likely be using them when it's time to do my bathroom.

Extremely happy with our new kitchen, from start to finish all the work carried out was efficient and the workmanship fantastic.
Everything left clean and tidy after the work was finished.
We would definitely recommend Sparky design without hesitation.

What can I say - all the other comments reflect my experiance. They were professional, friendly, extremely helpful with some of the additional issues that came up like replacing some older pipes. They explained everything as we went along. I could not be happier with the results of them fitting my new kitchen. Of course, I would recommend them.

This company are reliable, punctual, met all their deadlines, checked with me all the way through, used creative problem solving and delivered a highly professional work standard. The price remained exactly what they set out at the start. I highly recommend this company.

We used Sparky to fit our kitchen and throughout the whole crew were fantastic, even when there were a few inconvenient supply issues from the kitchen retailer.

It’s very hard to find reliable people who really care about the finished article. I rate these guys extremely highly and will be using for all future construction and interior work.

Delighted with the great work Gaz and his team did in installing my new kitchen. Nothing was too much trouble and they made some very helpful extra suggestions over and above the original spec. It was a real relief to find that all the services (gas, electrics, plumbing and fitting) could be done by the same team.
