What I originally thought was a scam turned out to be a simple, quick, well communicated experience. 10% fee is nothing considering I never knew how much $$ was out there.

Great service
The quoted reimbursement amount was achieved, and I'm grateful for the money that I was owed and did not know about until sparrow. It was a pleasant surprise! It did take longer than I expected, and one concern I still have is about my data privacy.

Great service and results
