Sifu Chen and Chen Swords far surpassed my expectations! I ordered a sword that was similar that another company was selling. What an amazing sword
I heard about this company from a friend, and I was not disappointed when receiving my sword. The customer service was great, gave me answers to any questions I had, and also offered the services they had to further customise my sword. Once shipped off, it arrived relatively quicker than I thought! And the packaging was well done to keep my sword safe and protected. Will definitely be referring this company to others.

I understand that feeling. Sometimes, when a blade is right in front of you, you really don't need to say much.
But I want to tell you — what's behind that "impeccable" you saw.
This Silver Dragon Warrior sword was hammered out by our masters, one strike, one strike, one strike at a time, using hand chisels. No machine can do this. No shortcuts. Just hands. Just hammers. Just muscle memory built over decades.
This craft has been passed down from my great-grandfather's generation. In 1892, he opened the first sword shop in Longquan. Back then, there was no electricity. No gas furnaces. Just bellows and charcoal fire. The first blade he forged still hangs in our workshop. Every generation has added another log to that fire.
I am the fifth generation. My grandfather used to say: "The steel remembers the hands that forged it." Alex, this blade you're holding remembers the warmth of five pairs of hands. 130 years of fire, never extinguished.
For 130 years, we've still been using the old methods. Because the old methods have warmth.

Within my first night of watching I bought my first sword and just got it today and the craftsmanship is remarkable. It is the only real Katana I own that is of high quality and battle ready. All of the other swords in my collection do not even compare to how beautiful the blade Chen's Swords has made. My second sword has already been bought for my son's birthday and I will continue to buy more. They also make custom requests as well which I look forward to doing.

I have never thought or even felt like I was dealing with a business, but a very close friend and man of great honor. I have developed a friendship in every transaction. Master Chen has always treated me like a friend he honors. Where do I begin with the swords I have purchased? The swords are of great quality that will endure any test I give them. They are very elegant and beautiful that I take pride in showing friends and family. You may be able to get a 49 dollar sword from Amazon but I guarantee it will break and bend upon its first impact. Master Chen keeps contact with you, not for you to purchase more swords but to make sure you are happy and pleased from what he makes. Master Chen keeps contact to make sure I am pleased with my purchase, to educate me on proper cleaning and display. The way Master Chen treats you it is helping to integrate his craftsmanship into you life and at the same time developing a special friendship as well. This treatment lets me know he cares about me, he cares about his product that he crafts with pride and joy. I have never had such a wonderful feeling I have gotten since my relationship started with Spartan Blades Club. Buying a sword online, you can't hold it in your hands. You can only look at pictures, read reviews, and then decide whether to trust or not. You chose to trust, and I'm keeping that trust in my heart.
You said all your doubts disappeared once the sword arrived. Dilshan, this means more than any rating ever could. Because skepticism is normal. But the only thing that can erase doubt is not words. It's the blade itself.
You said the quality is outstanding and absolutely worth it. Thank you for these words. The sweat our masters shed in the workshop was not in vain.

It was beautifully wrapped in a gorgeous bag which I love I wasn't expecting that. Feels amazing to hold very weighted, solid and super sharp blade. Shipped to the UK so arrived quicker than I thought with it been Christmas time did think would have been longer.
Depp and grace were great in the entire process from buying then to me receiving the sword A* service.
I'm already looking to purchase another I need more now I have received this one. Definitely the best present I could have bought myself I'm very happy..
Couldn't recommend enough super happy.

So glad the Jin Sakai katana landed in your hands safely. That's a special blade, and I love that you chose it.
Ghost of Tsushima fans always have good taste. Be honest — did you stand in the garden and pretend to be Jin drawing his sword in the wind? No judgment if you did. I would have. 😄
The wrapping and bag caught you by surprise, huh? Good. That's the point. We wrap every blade like it's going to someone we care about. Because it is. You opening that box and smiling? That's the whole reason we do this.
Heavy in the hand, solid, razor sharp — you felt what our masters put into it. That makes me proud.
Getting it to the UK during Christmas season, faster than you expected — I know waiting around the holidays can be frustrating. Glad it showed up when it did.
You mentioned me and Grace by name, said we were A* through the whole process — Grant, that really means something. Grace just read this over my shoulder and she's beaming. She said to tell you it was a pleasure working with you too.
