Great service and full of spa knowledge.. Charlie from Spa world at Warner's Bay made buying our spa very easy from helping us decide which spa suited us best right up until after our spa was delivered.. we thoroughly recommend Spa World at Warner's Bay

Stress-free Spa Bliss

Last year I purchased the Aquagym Max from Spa World and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. Delivery was prompt and well-organised, and the installation team did an excellent job getting everything set up efficiently and without any issues.

The spa itself has been fantastic – it’s high quality, comfortable, and has quickly become a favourite spot for relaxing after a long day. The customer service team were also great, keeping me updated throughout the process and making sure I had all the information I needed.

I highly recommend Spa World to anyone looking for a reliable product and stress-free experience.

We bought a spa 20 years ago from Spa world at Warners Bay. Had a fantastic run with it & now time to renew it.
A pretty good run.
Of course we go back to Spaworld & catch up with Charlie again. He guided us to the best one for our needs.
So knowledgeable. Very happy once again with our purchase.

Elaine and her team have been a pleasure to deal with. We had extensive landscape works being undertaken at our property and Elaine assisted us with waiting for the works to be completed prior to the installation of the Spa and managed an excellent installation. We are also extremely happy with the Spa itself. Heats very quickly and is extremely user friendly.

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company. Happy to pressure you onto a sale then no response.
I placed an order for a 2nds spa on 23rd October. We were told in writing that we could use a crushed rock base. We provided dimensions for delivery
On the 29th, we received an email with information about the spa however most the links didn't work. However one link said we must use a concrete base.
On 30th October, they asked for more clarification on dimensions, i provided this.
On 2nd November they responded but still did not provide information required but doubled down on need for concrete. On the same day the original sales person came back and said crushed rock. Neither picked up on the contradiction.
On the 3rd on November they asked for still more information from access in the form of a video. Note I offered this a week earlier.
In each email from me i asked for a deliver date.
On 7th November I called the sales person stating I still had no clarity on the base, no warranty information, no diagrams for electrical grounding and confusion over the base. For the entire day she was unable to get hold of the delivery team. She spoke to the driver who said delivery was scheduled for Wednesday the 12th and that I would get a call on 10th. She also confirmed in writing with her manager that a crushed rock base was ok.
No call or email was received on the Monday. I messaged the sales person. I called and left a voice mail with customer care. Today the 11th I left two voice messages with customer care who never answer the phone. I called the sales person and my call was not answered. We did receive an email responding to an email from the 4th asking about the delivery date, however their response was we could not use a crushed rock base for a spa larger than 3.5m and we need to re do the surface. Our spa is 2m.
The incompetence is staggering. We do not trust them with any Warranty issues given the experience we have had and will be cancelling the order. That is if they ever stop ignoring our calls and emails.

Steve Whyte is a Champoin …

We rang Steve from the adelaide Office today. He was on a day off. It didn’t stop him from giving professional advice in relation to the spa drainage issues we were having. He also reminded us of best practice when refilling our spa. We always find Steve so very helpful. And thanks for not making me talk to a machine

Spa World Marsden Park

We visited a few spa stores before we found Elaine at Spa World Marsden Park. Elaine was great and spent time explaining our options. We purchased a Vortex spa & pergola from Spa World.
We are very happy with our new purchases. The spa is wonderful & so simple to use. We love it!
Elaine helped us through the entire purchase & installation process. Elaine is super friendly & helpful and always responds to my questions.
I thoroughly recommend Spa World Marsden Park.

Five Year Long-Term Review

I purchased a spa from Spa World Kings Meadows five years ago and wanted to write a long-term review (which are the reviews that really give you a good idea of a company and product). Micheal McKay in the spa showroom has been my constant "go-to" person. He has always provided timely and accurate information for maintaining our spa in the best possible condition. He is unfailingly courteous and glad to see you. The spa has been used constantly over the last five years without issue and this has been largely due to Micheal (and regular water checks!) Thanks Micheal, Michael the boss and crew for your excellent service.

There isn’t a star rating high enough to give for the EXCELLENT customer service from Michael - the sales consultant at Tank, pool and spar world, Launceston. His customer service was very professional, knowledgeable and clearly keen to make sure we got all the information we needed towards us making the best choice for us. Absolutely nothing was to much trouble. Great service, Great product and Great price. We can’t recommend them more highly!!

I love you Charlie

I came into warners bay SeaWorld not knowing anything about spas and never owned one. Charlie was so good to talk to, he didn’t mind repeating himself of going over things again as I absorbed all the new information. I was undecided so he even said I could text him on his day off if I needed. I ended up coming back in and buying a different spa than originally planned, which again he was happy to go through and teach me all about it. He’s been wonderful and so responsive whenever I email.

Called re a spa controller

Called re a spa controller, the automated answering system was pain to get past. Then finally go to talk to a young lady who really didn't understand what I was talking about, when transferred to someone i was disconnected.

horrible workers

we went to one in Warners Bay and the man there was extremely rude and unhelpful just because we didn't buy our spa from there he wouldn't give us any information on chemicals and even rolled his eyes never going back there oml
