We can’t recommend Phil and Mal enough! From start to finish, their customer service was exceptional – they were friendly, approachable, and genuinely caring. They really took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure we felt confident with our purchase. They made the whole process effortless and enjoyable, and I can honestly say their service has been outstanding from start to finish.
Thanks to them, we now have a beautiful spa that we are enjoying every single day – it’s become our little piece of paradise at home. We are so grateful for their help and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

We have had the absolute pleasure of being served by Elaine. She was incredibly knowledgeable and transparent with every query we had and her efforts and lengths she went through to make it work for us was beyond measure. spa cover fell apart at the seams after 2 years or so
faulty sewing
the response was a discount on 1200 dollars replacement
then i asked just for the skin on the small side cover and this is 500 plus dollars
i am going to get a mate to re sew it
not at all happy with this as is clearly a fualt in the sewing of the cover (skin)

We bought a Spa from Spa World Braybrook & Doris was great to deal with. Unfortunately when it came time to get it delivered we had a deadline to meet with our builder & gave Spa World 2 weeks notice but when dealing with their transport dept it became a big struggle. I have done some homework and they use one transport supplier who is obviously a bit too comfortable having the Spa World contract & their customer service is very poor.

I then contacted Doris again who, due to our time requirements contracted Mayo at Spa Way to do the delivery. Like Doris they are a pleasure to deal with & I couldn't recommend either of them more highly!

From the moment we stepped into Spa World Glenorchy, we were met with professionalism and warmth. Phil was an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout our spa purchasing journey. His extensive knowledge and approachable demeanor made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. Phil took the time to understand our needs and guided us in selecting the perfect Vortex Spa that fit our requirements and budget. He patiently answered all our questions and provided detailed explanations about the different brands and models, ensuring we were well-informed. The delivery and installation process was impeccably organized, thanks to Phil’s meticulous planning. He and his team coordinated everything efficiently, ensuring that the spa was set up to our satisfaction. Even after the installation, Phil remained available to address any queries, demonstrating his commitment to outstanding customer service.

Trent from Spa World was fabulous!!! His knowledge of the spas is extensive- he kindly explained differences in products, sales, how to maintain, and since purchase he’s answered multiple questions to help us! We purchased in October 2024 and Trent still answers my questions. So grateful!! Not pushy just incredibly well informed about all things spa!!

We would like to thank Spa World Alexandria Sydney, particularly Charlie for a fantastic service we received from the beginning to the end, as well as the delivery of the Spa, Crane service, Electrician and the Plumber. Everything was top notch in helping us get the best care for our Spa. It was seamlessly done. Well done and thank you. They all come highly recommended in given you a great service.

Went into spa world to have a look at a spa the service was exceptional had some trouble with Sydney water due to sewer line in backyard that took some time to get through Fred was very helpful and patient throughout the process would recommend going to spa world and seeing Fred as he is very knowledgeable and has done everything to help us through the difficult time with Sydney water and overall

Recently purchased a vortex spa and pergola from Warners Bay. Charlie was excellent to deal with and very helpful. We love our spa. Thanks spa world.

We have had nothing but trouble since we purchased a pool/spa from here about 10 months ago. Still can't swim in it. $30k is allot of money for a lemon and now they are saying we are stuck with it. We have to spend even more to be able to fix the problems and finally be able to swim. If you are thinking about purchasing a pool/spa go elsewhere perhaps you will have better luck and make sure they do a site visit before you pay and sign.

We just want to say what a wonderful experience we had with Fred at Spa World Gregory Hills. We had actually picked a spa from a different company but just decided to look at Spa World before we committed ourselves. Fred was just amazing and explained so many more things to us. Plus the range, styles and colours were better. We said we would go home and think about it, but by the time we got to the car our minds were made up. We went back the next day and purchased our dream Spa. We couldn't be more happier and Fred looked after us doing a great deal. We would recommend Spa World Gregory Hills to anyone and especially ask for Fred, a true professional. Thankyou .

Working with Fred from Gregory Hills was a fantastic experience for our first spa. His expertise about what Spa would be best for us was great and he was able to ease our worries around delivery and craning our new Spa in. Would highly recommend.

We purchased a Presige 3 person infrared sauna around 4 years ago (2021) from Spa World. We loved it, easy to install and worked great.

Recently we had the sauna in storage (for two years) whilst building a new home. I found we were missing the bolts for the door handles and mounting the front two infrared panels, plus some screws.

They were like socks in the washing machine magicly disappearing!

I contacted Spa World and they got onto finding replacments even though the design on new sauna's is now diferent. Success! I now have our sauna back up and running again!! Thanks to the team at Spa World.

Elaine was phenomenal to deal with. She was quick to reply to all questions. She was very approachable. Nothing was a hassle for her. She went above and beyond at all times to help me when purchasing my swim spa. Could not recommend her enough.

I recently visited Spa World in Marsden Park just to browse hot tubs, intending to shop around before making a decision. However, my experience with Elaine, the retail manager, was so exceptional that I ended up placing a deposit right then and there! I was truly blown away by her outstanding service.
From the moment I met Elaine, I felt completely comfortable. She listened carefully to my vague ideas about what I wanted in my backyard and, instead of just trying to sell me something, she offered invaluable insights and suggestions. She completely transformed my initial vision, providing me with so much helpful information and creative ideas that I hadn't even considered. I'm so grateful for her expertise and guidance.
