Pessimo venditore
Pessimo venditore! Il sito da prodotti disponibili ed invece solo dopo aver fatto l'ordine e pagato ti accorgi che la merce non arriva! Fatto e rifatto ordine dopo vari solleciti e sorpresa delle sorprese...arriva la batteria sbagliata! Colpa loro ma dopo gli ennesimi solleciti sto ancora aspettando che mi dicano chi si accolla le spese di spedizione del reso!

Mi dispiace mettere una recensione negativa ma dovevo farlo.
Acquistata una replica g&g rk74 mi ritrovo con un mofset difettato e che da problemi arrivando a non funzionare assolutamente. Contatto il venditore che mi invita a spedirli la replica. Verra fatta assistenza gratuita. Una volta spedito e ritornato (40 giorni circa) noto che la replica è stata solo aperta ma non è stato fatto nessun intervento. Testo sul campo e i problemi (palesi) sono gli stessi. Contatto il venditore chiedendo un reso che viene rifiutato. A questo punto mi ritrovo con un articolo non funzionante in cui dovrò spendere almeno altri 50€. Consiglio di migliorare questo aspetto anche per il rispetto verso il cliente. Buona giornata.
