Heat Pump Installation

I have used a nationally recognised heat pump installation company to quote for, specify and project manage a heat pump install at my house in North Hertfordshire.
They in turn nominated SPB Heating to undertake the work. Steve, the business owner and installer was involved in the pre-contract assessment of my house and when I accepted the proposal Steve was awarded to job.
Steve's willingness to explain the work needed, discuss options to get the best outcome and methodical work ethic is a credit to his business. He included a number of partners to undertake the work and like Steve, they were all courteous, respectful of my home and highly proficient. The efforts of the whole team gave me confidence in their skills and left me as a customer delighted with the achieved result.
