I was over 2 weeks without a phone . Read the small print before taking out a policy. Very very difficult to make the initial claim if you’re not tech savvy. You must supply proof of usage of your phone which can take over a week to get this from your provider. I had to put in a complaint and spend hours on the phone to resolve all the issues. Once the customer complaints team were involved my experience was very different . Kara was amazing helpful and they did replace my phone with a reconditioned one in a different colour as it could not be repaired .

at long length for a 3rd time, George went over many Questions. I received many Quotes, some cheaper, but as George explained the cover. This was far more comprehensive.i have a Degree, but dyslexia & communication is far better talking to a trustworthy person. I am absolutely heartbroken. I simply left my belongings on the overhead rack above my head on the train—a completely normal thing to do—and when I got off, they had vanished. The insurer rejected my claim by saying my items were "out of my sight and reach." despite train policy's requesting to store luggage there. This is not only absurd, it's downright discriminatory towards environment friendly public transport users! It feels like my whole life has crumbled into pieces because I was simply using public transport like everyone else. I'm literally in tears as I write this, and no one should ever have to endure such unfair treatment therefore DO NOT EVER EVEN CONSIDER GETTING YOUR INSURANCE HERE AS ALL THEY ARE TRYING TO DO IS FIND A WAY TO REJECT YOUR CLAIMS. DISGRACE!!!!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. I would advise people to seek alternatives if at all possible. Their service is not good.
Edit following their response: I had to return the item as you did not carry out the repair properly in the first instance. If you had done that properly, the item would not have incurred damage on the next return as it would have been fixed. To completely absolve yourself of responsibility is a disgrace, and I feel it is necessary to highlight to other potential customers. I hope there are few.

Telephone answered promptly, Cara was great. Policy I pay for which in sons name so she couldn't speak to me about it which I totally understand & appreciate.
However, she answered general questions in a knowledgeable and friendly way.
