Excellent service from start to finish. The gin arrived safely having been vacuum packed. The bottle looks great and I can’t wait to hear how it tastes once my son has tried some on Christmas Day. The most perfect gift for a gin drinker who happens to have a couple of Frenchies!

Wow. Excellent service. Fast order to delivery time. Great packaging of a breakable bottle of expensive gin and the gin.....well what a fabulous taste plus a beautiful bottle and bottle bag. I’ll definitely be buying from here again. Diolch yn fawr.

Product still hasn't been delivered
Product still hasn't been delivered. DPD isn't good at all. I am an essential worker and have to work through the pandemic and can't be home. Now my gift is getting returned back to you when I need it for Christmas. Great product, but bad delivery.

Hello Kim. I have checked the DPD delivery log and can see two attempts where made to deliver your parcel over two consecutive days. Due to the nature of the goods (alcohol), DPD are unable to leave the parcel in a safe place and someone over 18 years of age must be available to receive the item. I appreciate that you are upset however tracking information and delivery updates are provided by DPD through the delivery process and if you are not home a calling card is always left for you to re-arrange delivery. Once we receive your parcel back I am happy to arrange a re-delivery to you if required at no additional cost.
