Delivered product as advertised and on time. Price could be better...but good experience in all.

These guys know pretty much everything about refurbishing and repairing speakers. I have bought foam surrounds from them, glue, and now tweeter silk coating. It’s always excellent quality, not expensive, and they always managed to deliver to me in the UK incredibly quickly. They are my go to supplier.

Received my foam surround in 4 working days (over the new year period) to replace a 25 year old sub woofer for my REL Q100E. I initially ordered the wrong part and emailed them. They responded immediately rectifying my error and sent me the correct part. I am so pleased to have dealt with such a good organisation. The part fitted perfectly and has saved me from buying a new sub which would have cost me a lot more than this part. Thank you . Oh also thank you for your complimentary bar of chocolate! I ordered a speaker on 14th September, it was shipped on 16th September (with my telephone number and correct address). On the 18th it arrived at a sorting centre near me. On 25th September, I asked them to contact the courier to see what the problem was. They never did. I had a very unpleasant conversation with Maroesjka, I asked them to send a replacement, and if the original arrived, I would pay for it as well. Her response was they could not do that, and they could not refund my payment. On 2nd October the tracking said it was being returned to sender. I asked for a refund. On 6th October, after threats, they finally refunded me. Such a waste of time and broken sales commitment or responsibilty. This could be a one off, but thoroughly disappointed.

I don't speak Dutch, and I can't translate this page on my phone. However I have deduced that this text box is for the review. The parts arrived quickly and in excellent condition, and the tutorial images on your website were very helpful. Our suspension replacement on the Wharfedale Diamond 9.4's was a complete success.
