My First session with SpeakMeeters - Had an amazing introduction and first session helping out as a native English speaker. The tools provided were great at facilitating meaning discussion. Overall, a successful session and one where we both gained. I certainly did. Looking forward to the next session.

A wonderful platform! Group meetings are inviting, free of judgement, and fun. I really like that groups are limited to five participants plus the host; it gives everyone a chance to speak.

Speakmeeters is a very friendly and usefull application to practice a language with native speakers.
It also allows you to deepen your knowledge of the language you want to practice without stress and in a very dynamique way.
You can create bonds of friendship with the animators of sessions.
Sevérine, the animator of my French session, was very patient with us, kind and interesting person to talk.
She prepared a topic and keep the conversation on a nice and interesting way.

I have recommended this application to my family and friends because it is an amazing way to lear and practice a language all over the world.

SpeakMeeters is a really cool, welcoming community of language lovers with friendly native-speaking hosts, where you can chat about topics you’re interested in, play games or get help with grammar, vocab or pretty much anything you’re stuck on.

It’s a really relaxed, no-pressure environment so no need to be shy. It’s great if you have basic knowledge in a language but want to improve your spoken fluency and confidence and get more exposure to how native speakers actually talk in real life.

You can pick different times and chat hosts in the language you want to practise, and also have 1-to-1 sessions with a tutor of your choice if you want something more tailored.

I have had tons of interesting, fun (and often deep) conversations and got to know lots of different people from around the world by both hosting and being a student.

Bref, j’ai aidé des gens avec leur anglais et pour ma part j’ai pratiqué du japonais et d’autres langues. 🙂 Je le recommande.

Great experience, you get to meet new people and hear amazing stories! At the same time, it's a safe environment to practice languages even if you're not very comfortable with your level or public speaking. I go to french and spanish sessions. Love it!

I started hosting conversation groups in English about one month ago. I have met such interesting people! Their English is already quite good, and it is very easy to keep the conversation going.

Speakmeeters is truly a brilliant internet platform, and it provides an opportunity to perform an activity I love: coaching in English and French! Coaching amazing people from all over the world, I can share the very best of my knowledge of the languages as well as have a good time, create a pleasant learning environment and look forward to the next session in good spirits and good humor.

The best reward is hearing from participants who express what tremendous strides they have made in improving pronunciation, grammar, idiomatic expressions, and more—in either language—because of my sessions!"

SpeakMeeters is the latest user-friendly platform where you can practise your second language and in exchange teach your first if you would like to. You can learn in a duo or a group. It's just like Zoom - panel learning and screen sharing - and with just a click away you can talk in the language you want.

SpeakMeeters has been one of the greatest gifts in my life this past year. Meeting interesting, wonderful people from various parts of the world and relishing in the joy of listening to, learning from and practicing language(s) with native speakers. In addition to attending as a student, I have had the great pleasure of leading English sessions for others, people who warmed my heart, piqued my interests and have brought joy to my day.
