Laura managed to do the impossible and salvaged £9K that a ski company was holding onto after cancelling our holiday. We tried for two months to get our money back for a group chalet and were either met by silence or bounced back and forth between credit card company and holiday company before we approached SpeaktoCharlie as a last resort. We went for the complete complaint handling service as we’d totally run out of steam trying to deal with it ourselves.

Laura was super friendly, explained what she was going to do including all the regulations she would cite for our case and then took it on for us.

Fast forward another 6 weeks and we received the balance in full. I’m not sure exactly how she managed it but we were absolutely made up.
