If I could pick no stars

If I could pick no stars, that would be the review. This company sent clothes that were for a newborn or preemie. And they were labeled size 0 to 3 months. Absolutely not the right size clothing with the label. The outfits that were sent to me were faded and in some parts the print was coming off. I ordered a hat that was supposed to match one of the outfits and it was two different colors of pink. The website makes the outfits look beautiful, but they are not. I wasted my money on these items because I bought them on Black Friday and they were on sale. I was told since they were on sale you cannot return them. It was a total waste of my money… very disappointed customer!

Fantastic Customer Service

Spearmint not only carries beautiful and high quality baby clothes, their customer service is also above and beyond. I've ordered from them 4 times now. Shipping is always reasonably quick. On my latest order, one of my items arrived with a minor defect. It was so small I almost felt silly complaining about it, but I emailed customer service with a photo and they immediately offered several options for replacing or refunding the item. The item itself was already out of stock, but they offered to replace it with a different one I liked that was actually more expensive. I offered to pay the difference but they covered it for me! This level of customer service is something I don't see often anymore when shopping online. I will be a customer for life!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. It's just a scam. Luckily I didn't order much my expectations were low to begin with because they claim my package was delivered but it never was. No one will respond to me either. Just don't do it, not worth it. I ordered before Thanksgiving and still had nothing by Christmas time. Waste of $30 for sure.

Over Black Friday, there were numerous scams circulating on Facebook and Instagram, and we’ve since learned that some of these involved third parties misrepresenting our brand, often associated with names like "purenestz." At this time, we’re unsure if they are directly involved or if their name is also being misused.

If your order confirmation or receipt includes the name "purenestz" or anything that suggests it may not be directly from us, we recommend monitoring your payment method for unauthorized charges and disputing the transaction with your bank as a precaution.

183$ GONE!

Ordered 183$ worth of items and when I went to track my package- tracking wasn’t available. When I asked for a refund, they responded that they would give me a full refund. Perfect! Except 14 days later, no refund. In another email, they insisted that they refund was made and that it was an issue with my bank. My bank said no refund was made. Don’t waste your money- it’s a HUGE scam. It’s sad that they’re taking advantage of new moms who want some cute items for their kids.

Will never purchase from this company

Now I see why they only have 2 1/2 stars! I ordered a cute little outfit for my niece and immediately after I placed the order I realize I had the wrong size. Contacted them twice on Instagram and received a message saying they get back to me in 48 hours. No response. Rached out on Facebook messenger. Left an email for customer service. No response and the order shipped. Right now waiting to get it and obviously I will be returning it. If They had just reached out to me and adjusted the size, this would’ve been an adorable outfit for my niece. I will never use this company again.

Sizing runs INCREDIBLY small

Sizing runs INCREDIBLY small. Ordered a footie for my daughter for Valentine’s Day size 0-3 months .. she was less than 5 weeks at the time and she barely fit into the footie so we got a single wear out of a nearly $40 outfit that should have lasted nearly 2 more months (for reference my daughter is now nearly 10 weeks old and fits fine into her 0-3 month items I purchased from other companies)
I wouldn’t waste money ordering from this company again.. the fact that there’s not a single review or place to leave a review on Spearmintlove’s website should have been a red flag.

worst customer service

i’ve been wanting to try Spearmint Love for a while now and i finally made my first purchase. however, it was never delivered to me. (i understand that things happen, maybe it got lost in the mail?) so i was sent a giftcard equivalent to the amount i paid for. i wanted to purchase the same item since i didn’t receive it and i was set on that specific item but by the time i received the giftcard, the item was out of stock. Spearmint Love was aware this item was out of stock (i mentioned this in my email) and they never gave me an option to reimburse my money, they just sent me a giftcard. i ended up ordering a different item with the giftcard and when i checked the tracking information, it says “shipment cancelled” so i sent an email asking about this and i never heard anything back. i’m still waiting on this package. but i will never order from this company again. so sad because i always thought their items were so cute! they really lack in the customer service department. also, there was no apologies or anything of that matter. most companies own up to mistakes and try to make things right. no wonder they don’t show their reviews on the website.

Sizing runs very small and the legs and…

Sizing runs very small and the legs and feet on onesies are disproportionately small found with the three onesies I purchased. The fabric is thin and cheap although cute. Much better quality and normal sizing found at Caden Lane, Sweet Bamboo, and Little Sleepies.

I purchased a Spearmint brand Halloween…

I purchased a Spearmint brand Halloween pajama for next year. The sizing is way off. It is 18-24 months but will barely fit my son now at 12 months. He certainly will not be able to wear them by next Halloween. I can’t return them because they were on sale which is frustrating.

5 Star Products & Delivery

Gorgeous and unique baby clothes and accessories that wash up great! No idea why Spearmint Love rating is so low. After checking out Spearmint products at my daughters in the States, they've become our 'go to' brand! I ordered a Phufy Bliss Mini blanket as a gift and shipped from AZ to BC, Canada and it arrived in less than a week! The Phufy Bliss Mini blankets are so soft, gorgeous colours and wash up great. Thanks!

They sent wrong color crib sheet I ordered for a nugget matress. I planned on buying a few more crib sheets, however their customer service is not good. Very poor response email from them.. Afraid to return item because other reviews state they do not receive their refund after returning. Just going to keep the crib sheet I got and buy the next few crib sheets elsewhere.

Beware!

Beware! The worst customer service, EVER. I’ve been waiting for my refund for a month.
And new mothers, and grandparents….if your looking for soft fabrics for your toddler or infant, move on. Cheap, cheap fabrics and construction.

Two orders/Two refunds/

I ordered two footies in size 3-6 months. I was happy with my oder a month ago, about an organic cotton footie in that same size! When I washed my new onzies, I recognized a significant size difference between the two. The company sent us a refund for the smaller one. Another time I ordered a headband, that untied in the washer and it was not longer useful since it got stretched out. I was excited for this headband, so it was unfortunate. But after requesting a refund twice, they sent gave it to us. I am happy with the quality. We are U.S. military stationed overseas in Germany and we received our order in 3 weeks something like that. I just didn’t like the fact of, getting excited and being disappointed and dealing with emails, since we all want to take care of our babies.

Incorrect order corrected immediately

I am expecting baby number two in November. I’ve adored spearmints instagram for too long and decided to buy matching pjs for my kids for Christmas. i opted for the redwood ones instead of totally Christmas (although those were cute too)

the shipping was super fast. I’m in Canada and expected it to take a bit longer.
when it arrived I was disappointed to see the pjs didn’t match. the older child’s pjs were the wrong ones.

I contacted them and let them know, they wrote back firs thing the next morning apologizing and sent out the correct pjs that day. sending me a tracking number.
they should be here by early next week (after shipping on a Friday)

amazing customer service.

I wish I read the reviews before…

I wish I read the reviews before ordering a couple of baby outfits including a bow for my sisters newborn. The outfits are smaller than normal size, the fabric very flimzy and the bow very small not at all what the photo and advertising shows. I'm returning everything, hope have no issues getting a refund.

This Company is awful

This Company is awful. I received an item I ordered off of somebody’s baby registry the box was completely damaged and looked like it had been a previous return. When I contacted Julia customer service she informed me that I could return the item but it was out of stock. I asked for a refund because I would have to go buy a new item in time for the baby shower and they refused. Unfortunately had to throw this item out because I could not even give this to the person because it looked also. This company is customer service is awful to deal with I will never buy from them again and I will make sure none of my friends do it either. It has been a total headache.
