My agency has been working with spec for a while now. Excellent value for money, amazing marketing materials (vendors have been particularly impressed with the virtual brochure), and top class customer care. I had to call him today to praise my most recent photographer as he was sent to a particularly difficult job (very cluttered old house). The photographer got some excellent externals as the interior was in a less than marketable condition and as always, the floorplan was spot on.

We've been using Spec since early 2019 and since adopting Spec's marketing assets, we've received more attention and online leads that have resulted in more serious viewings/offers etc. Spec put us in the shop window and make us stand out amongst our competitors. We now use Spec on all our listings be it lettings or sales.
In particular impressed with our account manager Max, his always responsive and accommodating in fact i dont think his ever not picked up a call from me even on his day off.
