I have been a customer for many years…

I have been a customer for many years but now I am not happy since the service has moved to ordering on the portal.

Terrible customer service been trying to access the portal. The link was sent through to my husbands email despite the fact that they have my email. No one returns your calls. When you complain nothing is done.

I am now waiting to see whether they deliver my prescription next week. I am not hopeful.

Abandon ship

I have been a customer for many years - not any more. I complained to my doctor and asked for a new supplier, which I now have - PCCA.

I have had a couple of calls where I refused to use the portal set up and complained about the level of service. The response, to send links to set up an account in the portal!

The call centre staff are not trained, and are not competent and I will not be returning- I have taken my purchasing power elsewhere!

Recommendation:
Ask your prescription provider to switch suppliers asap.

Awful new portal and dreadful service

This business used to be excellent, but since the introduction of the new portal the service has deteriorated dramatically. For just over two weeks I have been trying to obtain my prescription, yet repeated issues with the portal have prevented it from being processed. Despite numerous calls and emails, nothing has been resolved. I am now without essential medication and unsure how to proceed. This is an unacceptable situation, and if changing suppliers were an option, I would do so immediately.

This company has a new portal

This company has a new portal , clearly not fit for purpose , the customer service is awful , I have requested medication 4 times now it’s failed to arrive , I ring up and get nowhere !! Don’t even ring me back , they are withholding vital medications now , please medical professionals don’t use this company !

A messy upgrade

Since the new online portal for repeat prescriptions was launched there have clearly been problems with carrying forward information to the new site.
I tried to access it yesterday and it's a mess. When I access it one way it says there is nothing in my account. When I try another there is a list, mostly out of date, and when I select an item and try to pay for it I get a request for £1850 ! I reported this yesterday and have not heard back. Not a great service

There is something very weird happening…

There is something very weird happening in this company. They used to have polite staff who answered the phone immediately. Now it’s permanently busy and you get an option to press star for a recall which might happen or maybe a week later a lguy whose struggling to speak English calls and promises you will get a call back by the pharmacist but after two weeks that hasn’t happened.
Theymhave lost two hard copies of my prescription even though the portal says I may order. After over 20 years if I can find another pharmacy I will be gone

Prescription went missing got delivered…

Prescription went missing got delivered to wrong address by Royal Mail , had to wait a week for a refund had to get prescriber to do another prescription and then couldn’t order all of my prescription in one go they limited it to 2 boxes hence have to pay delivery charge each time until my full has been dispatched.
Awful customer service and really unhelpful asked if I could pick order up personally as Royal Mail so rubbish but told that the company doesn’t have “human contact” paying online is a joke took me 4 attempts for payment to go through after authorising with bank.
I would not recommend using this pharmacy but I had no choice as my private prescriber uses this one 👹

The customer service is always good and…

The customer service is always good and they have items that you can’t find at other places. Prices are consistent with other pharmacies. The only problem I ever have is that when I reach out from the text that they sent me, the customer service agents can never find the script that was called in. But in person, they can find it and it’s all resolved. I just can’t use their text order system. For some reason it never works for me, but somebody always picks up the phone or calls me right back. Have used them 3x. They are a compounding pharmacy so they can compound prescriptions if you need a doctor to do that.

The customer service skills of this company are 5 star. Always polite, patient, caring & friendly & even went above & beyond offering help when I had issues with my practitioner.
Fast dispatch of goods, well packaged.
Excellent communication.
Top-notch company 5⭐️
