I pre-ordered the VW Golf MK6 (MK7.5R Style) Headlights, and the team is extremely friendly and helpful. I messaged them after hours, not expecting to hear back for a while, and was pleasantly surprised when they responded 10 minutes later. When I asked if I could change my order, they said no problem and made the change immediately. The wait for them to receive the lights to took a bit because they were pre-ordered, but once they received them, they were immediately mailed to me and arrived only a few days later. I am very delighted with the service and the help they offered.

Nice deep orange led indicator bulbs that match Kia’s front led that come standard , Unfortunately Kia don’t put led in the rear so it was nice to find a Bulb that blends with the OEM front led

Bought the ultimate led kit for VW Golf GTI MK6. The low beam didn't fit since wrong product sent. The reverse parking didn't worked at all. Sent 2 dome lights instead of 3 as per OEM. The parkers and fog flickers. After persuation sent the return label and refunded $157.15. Basically just a ripoff and waste. Calculated plot. Sent wrong globe knowingly original product is out of stock. Tried to help local business but didn't worked out. Stay away.

I emailed twice over the course of just over one week and have not received any reply. The first email on Sat 15 March contained my enquiry, the second email on 19 Marcg was forwarding them my enquiry, incase the original had been missed.

Now on Sat 22 March I received an email asking me to rate the experience.

The bulbs seem great, but the communication seems to be poor.

Easy to use website interface with applicable products to match my vehicle - Suzuki Jimny JBW74. Provides good detail on the benefits of each product.
When logging on to site am able to see previous purchases listed.
Checkout is straight forward especially as I am an international customer - New Zealand. Which is often a stumbling block with other Australian aftermarket suppliers that I'd like to purchase from.

I purchased four of the BAU15S 1156 (PY21W) Indicator LED V2.0 bulbs for my Isuzu D-Max. The build quality of the bulbs is good and they have a great intense amber colour. However, on each side of my vehicle I could only install in the front or back, but not both. Turns out they draw somewhat more current than the normal 21W bulbs, which causes an error when two are installed at the same side. So, I am left with 2 bulbs I'm happy with but 2 that I can't use.
