Good warranty insurance and customer service
I've had warranty insurance underwritten by Spectrum for the last couple of years. Customer service has always been very good and pragmatic when offering options. I recently had an issue with my Aircon which required a niche part from the car manufacturer and Caitlin was great at processing my claim quickly and providing different options to get the issue resolved. Would recommend them.

Linzi’s professional problem solving.
There was a bit of miscommunication between Spectrum & Motorpoint apparently but Linzi, who contacted me by callback, managed to get to the bottom of it which has now resulted in the claim going ahead in a positive way for us. She was so helpful. Now we’re just waiting on the car repair being booked in. The 4 star was because of the delay/miscommunication which nearly meant the repair not being covered; if I could just give a star rating for Linzi it would be 5. 👍🏻

I am very happy with the service I had. I Spoke to a lady called Emily who helped me with my claim. From the start she came across very professional and knowledgeable. She also had great communication skills and I didn't feel like I was talking to a computer which was great. Thank you all

Outstanding service, dealt with Andrew who was absolutely brilliant. We had an alternator fail on our Land Rover Discovery and we were directed to a one of their approved repairers who were able to repair this in the same day.

When purchasing my vehicle I must admit…
When purchasing my vehicle I must admit I was sceptical about paying the additional costs for warranty, however, recently a fault kept alerting on my dashboard and with the help of spectrum my car was booked into a garage and repaired within 5 days of the initial fault appearing. Becky oversaw the claim from start to finish and not only was she sympathetic toward the issue but was so efficient and professional, nothing was too much bother. It’s a 10 star rating from me
