We cannot rave about Spectrum & their services enough! They were introduced to us by a realtor who's used their services many times, & we're so THANKFUL for Spectrum because the realtor was correct about their helpfulness. We communicate with Nancy, who is extremely patient and holds our hand through the lending the process every time. She is extremely accessible by both phone & email, and has been such a wealth of information!! We also love that they have multiple loan options depending on the lendee's needs. Their technology has evolved since our 1st loan, which now simplifies the loan process, but why they have us as faithful customers, is because they CONSISTENTLY strive to enhance their services in effort to meet the needs & demands of the Small Business Owner(s)...THEY CONSISTENTLY SHOW THAT THEY CARE!!!
