Hair and service fantastic

Genuinely disappointed at the overall quality of the hair extensions after just one week.
Upon delivery I was concerned over the texture of the hair, but given I’d had arrange for my hair to be coloured in line with the extensions, and I had further booked my extensionist, I went ahead with fitting. After 6+ years of having a weft/ nanos, I can honestly say this is the worst brand for hair I’ve ever had.
I paid ALOT of money for the hair, upwards of £1k for the length/volume I have, which was more than I’ve spent on trusted brands like remy & beauty works. I would highly recommend never using spectrum one. Very expensive & the worst quality hair.

First time using spectrum hair and will never use it again. I previously had a full head of remi cachet weft which was faultless and lasted 12 months. It would of gone longer but my own natural hair caught up! Spectrum was recommended by my hair dresser and I have been nothing other than disappointed. I had my hair fitted in January...by may all the hair had come off the weft track. The tapes were perfect but the weave was terrible and would drop out every time I touched my hair let alone brushed it! Thankfully this was replaced by spectrum and 2 new packs of weft sent out. I have had the new weft in 6 weeks and it's doing the exact same. Every time I brush it the hair pulls out from the base of the weft and the full strand of hair will come out. I lose so much hair every time I brush it or even just touch it and considering it cost £700 I find it disgusting that they can sell such poor quality hair

Customer service is 10/10. The hair is fabulous. I absolutely love the shampoo and Conditioner. I wouldn't shop anywhere else.

I went on a course Monday to learn the genius weft at spectrum one after going on a day course to learn multiple techniques including weft, tapes and nanos with another company and wow the difference! I have come away feeling so much more confident and feel I can now do it on a client with confidence that I will be doing the application right after all the knowledge Katy taught us on the course. I would highly recommend investing in doing Katy’s day course for one technique over multiple in one day with other company’s as you just don’t learn what you need to know when doing a lot of methods in one there for I ended up spending more because I just didn’t feel comfortable so that’s why I then chose to do another course to go over everything in a lot more detail and I’m so glad I did. Katy and her team was so friendly and every question was answered and the best thing is once you have finished the course you get there full support after if you ever need help with colour matching or just have a simple query. I look forward to going on another course in the future thank you again 😁

Having fine hair I have struggled to find the right extensions. I couldn’t believe it when after some research I found Spectrum hair. This brand offers me discreet, affordable and high quality hair. I wouldn’t use anything else, I’m so pleased with the results this hair gives me. So, anyone who has fine hair, I honestly recommend Spectrum. xx

Amazing experiences both times I have been to Spectrum. I did a weft course and nano/itips course. Both very good courses and I learnt a lot from them. Katie and the girls are brilliant and very helpful.

I have used Spectrum One tape extenstions for around 6 years now and I would never go anywhere else. The amount of complements I get on my hair is crazy! They look so natural and blend with my own hair perfectly. The range of colour shades is exceptional! I have many different shades over the years and the quality remains consistent throughout. I cannot rave about Spectrum One hair enough!
