I am a newcomer to the world of exhibition printing - being required to produce a portfolio for my university degree. The ease of ordering, ease of communication and ease of access to Spectrum take the everyday stresses out of exhibition preparation

Being a hard-to-please grumpy old designer is hard work, especially when you get perfect service and an excelent product. I was so chuffed with my first prints from Sectrum that I went and orderd two more. Guess what happend? Yep, perfect again! Bother...

I definitely recommend and will use them again.

Used Spectrum's online ordering form for a C-Type matt print. Easy-to-use process and received the photo 3 days later.

Quicker than I expected and really really beautiful quality.

Spectrum was the only company I could find in UK willing to make custom size photos of any size. I had a gift with unusual sized photo frames that would have been very difficult to use without custom size prints. The online ordering process was easy and the items arrived very quickly and the customer service was exemplary. The price however was disproportionate and if not for the fact that they appear to have a monopoly on the market I would have expected to pay half of what I did.

Would def recommend spectrum. Brilliant website really user friendly. Quality of photos were excellent and great value for money.

I would like to say a big thanks to Klair and the team at Spectrum, they were extremely cooperative and helped me throughout the framing, helping to choose the right frame for my print... The communication was great, email or telephone, and I have to say my print and frame are beautiful. A big thank you and will reccommend you to my friends.

Excellent service and quality. Staff always on hand with advice and suggestions making it a very personal service. Good communication generally. One small thing; I posted a print on to a customer and for the same £6 I spent on spectrum's 2nd class I got 1st recorded but I suppose the extra goes towards the thorough and secure packaging so probably an exceptable expense!

Spectrum are brilliant! Our prints were excellent! The blacks were crisp and true and the colours vivid! The speed of service and the cost were top drawer and the packaging was superb! Thanks Spectrum.

My photos always come back fast and printed as expected. I usually use the online service, but if I need to contact for any reason I can always get a technician on the phone. Ive found cheaper, but no where near cheap enough to trade for the quality and service.

An important deadline was rapidly approaching when i got in contact with Spectrum. Not only did they help me out, they exceeded all my expectations. Nine gorgeous prints were in my hands the day after i contacted them. Excellent service!

Quality Prints, Materials and Service...

I really like Spectrum - they have always done a great job, and on the one extremely rare occasion where something went wrong they sorted it out no quibble. I would always recommend.

I ordered a large print as part of my coursework for university, the print itself was about 70x35 cm (roughly). It was also mounted on foamboard.
I found the website upload system easy to use and it helped me choose the type of print and mounting that would be best (as well as showing price for each).
The upload was easy and quick.
The print arrived on the morning of the estimated delivery day and was really well packaged and there was no damage to the print or foamboard. The print itself was beautiful, the colours and finish were really great.
Overall I'm very pleased and will definitely be using this company for more prints for my uni work.

I use Spectrum for all my photography work and they are fast, reliable and produce high quality prints. I've never thought about looking elsewhere as there is no point, especially as the prices are very good for the quality .

Spectrum provide top quality printing every time which is exactly what I need.

Prints are very good, I was send a print profile card to see what the printers colours and shadow and highlights are like before printing. Cost seem fair but the postage costs seem high.

Easy to use and prompt service once ordered. Also handy being able to collect prints myself.
