Disappointed with Asics Shoes and Customer Service
I recently purchased a pair of Asics Us5-s Gel-quantum Kinetic feat Kiko Kostadinov Studio shoes from spectrum store, and unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Here’s a detailed account of what happened:
Quality Issues:
After just six days of regular walking, the shoes developed noticeable tears. Upon closer inspection, I discovered that the sharp edges of the laces were rubbing against the fabric, causing the damage. I was shocked to see such poor quality, especially considering the reputation Asics has for durability and performance.
Customer Service Frustrations:
I initially contacted the shop where I bought the shoes, but they dismissed my concern as normal wear and tear. Despite my explanation that the damage occurred within an unreasonably short period and was due to a design flaw, they refused to acknowledge it as a defect.
Lack of Resolution:
Following the shop's unhelpful response, I reached out to Asics directly. They instructed me to go back to the shop for resolution. However, after multiple follow-up attempts, the shop has not responded, leaving me in a frustrating loop with no resolution in sight.
Conclusion:
I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of the Asics shoes and the lack of effective customer service from both the shop and Asics. This experience has been time-consuming and frustrating, and it has significantly diminished my trust in the brand.
I hope Asics and the SPECTRUM will take this feedback seriously and improve their product quality and customer service practices. Until then, I would advise potential customers to be cautious when purchasing Asics shoes.

Hi Anna,
on SPECTRUM you can return products within 30 days of purchase.
Items you wish to return must be returned in their original condition, complete with tags and, in the case of shoes, including the box.
SPECTRUM does not accept the return of used products.
In the case of receipt of products with manufacturing defects,
SPECTRUM will take charge of them upon finding the defect by the manufacturer.
In your case, the defect you find is attributable to wear and tear due to product use.

Rip off - have to pay 20€ for return
Rip off - you have to take care of the return yourself. I got no label provided, had to choose the courier myself and pay full price for the international return. More than 20€!!

As indicated on SPECTRUM (FAQ section - Returns and refunds - Return Policy), if you are making a return from European countries other than Italy, if it contains products from the "Graffiti" page, or if you want to return products from an order you have already made a return for, the shipping is on your charge.
We remind you that you can choose the shipping service you prefer. Please remember that you have 30 days from delivery to make the return, so you don't necessarily have to choose an express courier, you can also use a cheaper postal service.
Our only recommendation is that the shipment should be trackable so that the return can be followed up.
