Just to say I am a senior citizen with limited income. Worst company EVER!! I called Customer Service about 5-6 months ago to help lower my bill. The Rep kept telling me that I can sign up for Telephone service. I repeated for probably half hour explaining to him that I didn't need a phone or service. He told me "What do I have to loose, it is absolutely free, and you can get a discount on the cable/internet service. He kept pressuring me about the phone and it was absolutely FREE! LIAR!LIAR!!! He probably received a commission for it. after not using it Spectrum charged me more than $500 for this FREE Phone, and $5.50 a month!!! Terrible Customer service, and LIARS!!! So I called and explained the situation, and received NO HELP!! I told them to disconnect my cable and internet service and they kept charging me the same amount, and actually took channels that I had paid for away! They disappeared. Today I am dropping off the equipment. WORST COMPANY EVER!!! I pay for Sling, Amazon, Netflix, and a few others and pay so much LESS. Internet with Metro Net and still pay less!! This company is TOXIC!!!

If I could give them a Zero, I would. I NEVER qualify for their surveys so now, anytime one comes up, I simply close out of that survey. I will NOT waste my time even trying to qualify for them since I never do anyway.

They are as dodgy as hell, and generally direct me to Samplicio, which is even worse.
Just don't bother.

This company is the absolute worst internet provider. The internet speeds are all over the place and they frequently raise customer rates without cause. I'm actively looking for another provider. I would give them less than 1 if I could.

They just waste your time and never pay anything.

Keep receiving email from feedback@ spectrumcustomersurvey.com and can never participate. Not even Spectrum could help. Therefore, since there is no way to contact them, going to add the email address to my block list on the email server.

Complete trash survey provider

I just attempted to take a survey with them, which involved sitting through performances from the show "America's Got Talent", watching a whole bunch of commercials and then seeing a preview of a show, but when the preview was supposed to start, there was an error, and that was it! I wasted all that time and didn't get any compensation credit, not even a few points! They obviously don't check out their videos well enough if they poop out during a survey. I'll be avoiding them from now on.

They seemed to dismiss you for pathetic reasons. eg survey full, you don't fit the criteria. i believe at 79 they don't want to know what I've learnt for all those years.

What I like is that it's encourage people to work

This company is a waste of time. It asks one to type in a couple of sentences in a space but it doesn't work. You can't type anything. If they've had enough responses they should remove their stuff off Polfish, or Polfish should dump them if the surveys just don't work.

A complete waste of your life time. See by yourself here, they don't even care on answering this reviews. ITS A SCAM PPL they harvest your data and make millions selling your private data to scrupulous enterprises. And all that for what?, just for 2 cent paid surveys. WAKE UP PPL you have been warned.

I thought I was the only one.... but just have a look at the comments. And these kind of comments are all over the 'net. Pure Spectrum are the pits. Nobody can qualify for their surveys, they are frankly ridiculous. I am instantly, and I mean instantly, screened out. When I see it's them, I close the survey; I don't waste my time and neither should you.
Believe me, I tried every means to qualify but it's like they don't want anyone. What's the point of them? Data harvesting?
Absolute garbage. Just ignore them. I hope they go BROKE.

You asked for my 14 year old daughter to do a survey and at the end you said that we had to start all over again cuz this survey wasn't no good and she spent all that time on it I am so disappointed I doubt if I'll ever do a survey again and I definitely will ask her to participate in one

Spectrum is one of the worst survey companies, always asking numerous qualification questions (including open-ended questions), never paying promised rewards, and never even posting. I've learned not to bother proceeding once I've identified Spectrum as being involved, because it's always a complete waste of my time -- Spectrum never comes off even one cent.

The technician that came to set up my cable service was nice and professional on February 11 2024

ask for all information, zip code date of birth, how many people live in your house, yearly salary, gender and age of your family, state, etc. this is a dangerous company passing as a survey and collecting info. red flag all over
