I had a small issue during my trial period. I emailed customer support and they got back to me right away on a Saturday NIGHT. My issue was resolved on the spot. I'm still experimenting with all the different ways I can use Speechify . What I like the most is the app reads all of my Kindle books with ease.

Terrible. Took me for $69. I used it for less than an hour. No refunds. Thought I was getting a premium service but my account showed basic. Doesn't do anything Siri can't do. After paying $69, I got hit with offers for multiple other 'features' I thought were included. A library of books, some other features I didn't want. You have to take a photo of each page of the book. And the kicker? The transcription is horrible. It speaks punctuation. Period at the end of a sentence? It says period. Gets words wrong. totally worthless product where they obviously spent more on marketing than any development. Third rate Siri with a fancy icon. Voices are OK. Guess that is what you pay for - celebrity endorsements. All AI generated. UPDATE: You will NEVER get your money back, but you SHOULD contact your credit card company immediately and request a BLOCK against future charges. Otherwise, they will keep charging you as long as they can get away with it and hide behind their well funded legal department. If Snoop Dog and Gwyneth did make celeb endorsements to this lemon of AI slop, they should be ashamed. Will call them out on their Grams as well for sucking people into this garbage product.

I had a problem in connecting to One Drive and Michael and the team got it sorted with courtesy and a minimum of fuss. Recommended.

Chris was extremely helpful in keeping me engaged with this app. It does what I was hoping it would! I can read my kindle and then when I have to step away where I can’t read, I can listen to my book on Speechify. There are a few glitches with the app taking some time in spots to find words to continue but typically I can go out and come back to get it working again. It also only allows me short periods outside of the app to use other apps or google before it prompts me to continue and then reverts back to the app. But I’m very happy to have some option for books not in Audible. This is great. And I love the narrator / storyteller Dominic.

I have been using Speechify EVERY SINGLE DAY for almost 5 years and have been so thankful for this useful reading app! I was in a car accident over three decades ago that left me in a coma for six weeks and radically affected my reading ability. Now with Speechify it alleviates the struggle and I cannot say enough about how PERFECT Speechify has become in healing my brain since I’ve had Speechify for nearly 5 years now! I have been able to read nearly 20,000,000 words because Speechify keeps track of how many words it has provided for you over the years, and I I’ve never been so impressed with anything online as I am with SPEECHIFY‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

The staff are helpful and any problems I have had I have been supported. Shekinah one of the staff helped me and it was quickly resolved. Very happy with the service.

I forgot to cancel my subscription after my free trial ended and they actually got it cancelled and fully refunded for me. Did it pretty quick too.

Im an older person and not to keen on technology. I had questions on using Speechify so contacted them. I received a reply within seconds and my questions were answered. Great experience and wonderful customer service.

Signed up in March. Worked very well and choice of readers good.
I personally found it to tiresome having to load up as I didn't read for sufficient periods.
Came to renewal and was billed before I was able to cancel. However after a few emails the company agreed to refund. So be aware that it is rolling renewal and if you wish to stop your subscription , do so ahead of renewal date.
The product is good if you want books & items read to you.
