Had an issue when trying to change my trial into a monthly subscription. The only option appeared to be yearly. After some trial and error with support they were able to help me get my monthly subscription. They were so helpful.
Everytime ive contacted support through WhatsApp they have answered my questions. Highly recommend Speechify.

Speechify has been one of the most effective and easy-to-use tools I’ve used in grad school. I have to read nearly 200 pages a week, and it has honestly made my life so much easier. The audio quality is great, it saves me so much time, and it helps me stay focused and absorb information better while multitasking. Highly recommend for students or anyone with a heavy reading workload.

The app by itself is amazing; you can mark, read, go back, speed up, or slow down.

Helps you keep track of what you are reading, and the voices are clear and fluent.

I have been able to read work documents and recreational books during my car rides, using my time efficiently. I am super happy.

That aside, when my app stops working, the customer service helps you in seconds, they follow up and help you until it works again.

Speechify is an amazing application and it fully met my expectations. It is very easy to use, helpful, and works perfectly for studying and everyday tasks. I am really satisfied with all the features and the overall experience.

I also want to highly praise the customer support team, especially Dale. He was incredibly kind, professional, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process. His approach made the experience even better, and I truly appreciate all the support he provided.

To trial is really useful and if you need to cancel your membership it was amazingly easy to access through app which when contacted Chris happened straight away without any fuss.

My experience was great. A person by the name of Chris helped me with my questions, which did not take long. I recommend them to others in case they want a quick consultation, or a long one, depending on what type of questions they have.

Speecify was great but not in the budget right now. When I reached out to cancel and get a refund on what they charged me they responded fast and politely and did not give me any grief to take me through a lot hoops to get my money back! Definitely trustworthy!

I have tried multiple times to cancel my free trial before it expires, but I don't get a confirmation notification or email. Im so afraid that I will be charged, as I have read dozens of reviews stating they have been after canceling, as well. I knew I just wanted to try the app for a few minutes and then cancel during the trial. Then I was going to come back and buy it once I could afford it. Im disabled and live on a very strict budget. I cannot afford to be charged.
