Placed an order 12/18/23. Emailed and messaged starting on 1/9/24. All efforts at communication were ignored. I see this has happened to others, as well. Luckily, I used PayPal so I got my refund. Do NOT waste your time or money w/these guys.
My son ordered on 6/10 and never received the glasses. Customer service didn’t respond to inquiries requesting to cancel the order.
I placed an order (Speed Shades ORDER #2501) back in March 2023. I never received the purchased product. I have contacted them at the assistance email they provide on their site several times and they have not even responded. I suggest you buy your glasses elsewhere as you risk being ghosted by this company.
