I'm over the moon with my Speedflex…
I'm over the moon with my Speedflex Blade. It's such a luxury to have this at home but the workouts are so fantastic that it's worth every penny. It really is a unique workout, and much more fun than the gym. I love that I can push myself to the limit and not ache the next day, at 40 years old that's worth paying for!
