It’s a waste of money. They tell you they’re going to get a “good” or “premium” attorney with a 85-97% success rate. It’s a lie. It appears they shopped around for the cheapest attorney they could fin... See more

About SpeedingTicketAdvisor.org

Written by the company

At STA our primary goal is looking out for YOU! Navigating through an endless sea of conflicting information can be frustrating. We take the guesswork out of handling your moving violation. Whether it be a Speeding Ticket, Reckless Driving, DUI, DWI, Accident, Talking on the Phone, or Passing a Red Light, STA has the answers you’re looking for – Non-commercial AND commercial drivers alike.

We created STA because we know how difficult it can be to deal with getting “pulled over”. Many of us are uncertain of what to do or what the long-term consequences can be. This can bring feelings of fear, anger and even desperation. Most people end up just falling in line. In fact, a whopping 95% of people just “wing it” when they could have improved their situation, if they only knew the facts. That is exactly what WE are here for.

Fraudulent & a scam

No third party company can guarantee you a good lawyer. These people are scamming people out of their money. They don't follow through & they hire BS attorneys who will try to charge you a separate fee. Run! Do your research and don't give these people a dime!

Total Scam

I contacted this company around August 14th about a speeding ticket. I spoke to Frank and he gave me a few different options. I ended up paying 775.00 for no service at all. No lawyer ever called me. I was ignored until I kept calling. Now my speeding ticket problem is solved with absolutely no help from speeding ticket advisor and now they are trying to get out of refunding me all of my money. I will be contacting the BBB.

Total SCAM!!! These people are not lawyers and they are not paralegals. They cannot and will not help you. They will steal your money. This is a huge scam. These people are liars and deserve to go to jail! I am sure that all of the below reviews are fraudulent!! Do not trust this company. If you are smart enough to check the reviews be smart enough to not call these people. The lawyers they claim to refer their clients to have never heard of them!!! Some don't exist at all!

Totally Useless Endeavor

I hadn't planned on reviewing this company. However, because of the number of reviews that are glowing, I feel responsible to tell a different story. My brother and I engaged them to help obtain a hardship license for a DUI case, in order for him to be able to go to work, grocery shopping, essential errands, with an ignition device. He has been sober for almost two years now. He lives in an area not serviceable by any public transportation and lives alone. Speedingticketadvisor.org lead us to believe it would be possible. Isaac was very encouraging and we signed up in late April with a $1500 payment by credit card. Once we signed up, their attention essentially evaporated. They would not return calls without repeated attempts. I called the general number spoke on two occassions with Jon and Frank, who I presume to be the two people mentioned in the other reviews. Frank left a voice mail at one point promising Isaac would get back to us. Isaac did finally return a call with apologies about personal emergency and assurances that he would be more attentive in future. We were asked for patience as “these things take time”. We were given platitudes of how they were working but never any specifics about what was happening. Although we asked for those specifics, those were never forthcoming from any of the three individuals with whom we spoke. At one point, we did get a name of a lawyer in the capitol city but were never able to independently identify a lawyer by that name and with that assignment and we never heard from any attorney. We have never received notices of appeals or even requests for the hardship exemption, or any written notices, period. After two months (a time period for credit card disputes), even repeated calls were not returned. We have not heard from the organization since early June. Our $1500 has apparently evaporated without any identifiable action on our behalf. I have waited, hoping against hope that something would be done, to no avail. I would caution anyone to accept with great reservation such a set of glowing reviews. I raised a question with Trustpoint regarding the many “glowing” reviews of this company. They told me to file a review. There appears to be no mechanism for redress, so this is my only course of action.

web Sites!

A very useful service if you are trying to evaluate whether to hire an attorney to assist you in you defense of a traffic citation that will cost more than the attorney...otherwise not so useful as they cannot provide specific legal advice as to how to go about fighting a citation!

Complete success

Jon Peters really helped me out, he listened to my concerns regarding my speeding ticket and possible suspension of my license. He explained my options and gave me some advice on what actions I should take regarding my situation. He was able to supply me with a lawyer that fought my ticket and got my ticket disposed of so that it would not go on my record nor affect my insurance. I am very satisfied with the help I got
