What a joke of a casino! If you see that fake reviews are being removed, they are deceitful and trying to trick you into thinking you actually got a shot at winning something. (Breach of guidelines) Customer service clearly doesn't give a rats about their players. And their 5 cents daily should be a crime in itself. And if you tell customer service how you fell about the site, they'll just disconnect you like you're garbage. Stay away and report these guys to their licensee.

Crazy they don't even have a rank from being so shady. You'll get 5 cents for your daily 😂 If you attempt to talk to customer they really don't care about you in the most obvious ways. It's very comical. Great way to get laughs.

I haven’t been a consistent SpeedSweeps player, but i’ve had my account for a short while now. I was hesitant and didn’t want to start putting too much money into it until I made a redemption or at least got close to the minimum redemption amount so I would really only login to collect my rewards and would purchase the smallest bundle every once in a while. i only would play and spend money actively on crown coins but noticed that once i reached a high tier, i haven’t hit much and finally decided to give speedsweeps a good try and got to exceed my goal of reaching min redemption amount and im feeling good about making the switch to make SpeedSweeps my main platform.

Besides my personal PLAYING experience with the platform- I absolutely love the variety of slots, table games, etc. There’s definitely something for everyone that’ll fit their preference. One last thing i do want to add is that coming from crown coins to speedsweeps is that I wish the daily rewards were a bit more or if there were more promotional emails that included rewards- although there are promo codes sent daily and daily rewards are supposed to get better the higher you progress , it was just something i wish could be better . Other than that , i have no complaints whatsoever :)

It has now been ten days for my account to be verified and still not verified with no timeframe of when will be verified and only excuses of high volume of reviews to it takes this this much time to look at id and debit card with a selfie that a kindergartner could do in a minute! And on top of that won’t keep your redemptions as pending but they reject and put right back in your balance so can play it all back! AND on top of that might have to wait ten days for a redemption! This site is a definite scam with transparency and honoring redemptions in a timely fashion! AND on top of that seen many reviews where will make you reverify each time cash out! Stay away from this site!!!!!!

This casino is hands down, the best when it comes to redemptions!! Theyve been great in the past, redeemed a couple times with amounts under $200 or so and it was close to instant. That was until i hit a $600 win and have been fighting them for this money for like a day and a half. Redemptions have been spending about 8 hours pending, just to get denied. This has happened about 3 times now. I ask them why and they just say theyll submit a ticket and get back to me, which they havent so far.

The weird thing about this is that every time ive had a redemption cancelled on their site/sister sites, theyre always able to immediately tell me the reason, and it usually gets resolved quickly.

A few days ago i would have given a 5 star review, but after going through this experience i genuinely dont know if im going to receive any of this money.

Update: my first successful redemption of $150 took about 24 hours, the process was slow and frustrating at first, but i ended up reaching out to the relevant department over email while waiting on my second $150 redemption to clear.

I expressed my concerns, and they responded within a few hours. I ended up getting the remaining three $150 redemptions that day.

It was definitely frustrating and slow at first, but after i brought the issue to their attention, im glad to say that they absolutely did pull through, and i now feel much more comfortable continuing to use the site than i did when i initially wrote this review.

I wanted so badly for this platform to work out becuase I love the game variety and the RTP is great! Unfortunately I’ve been let down so far! I’ve been trying since 3/18 to make a redemption! It keeps getting “failed” with no warning or reason. I like to redeem as I win so I don’t spend my winnings! When I reached out to customer support in the chat they were helpful but all the recommendations didn’t work. And same when reaching out to support directly. I was told to break up the redemption. So I did in a variety of ways. And the ONLY redemptions that were successful are $100.00. I won 900 so it would take days to redeem it all. I would love to continue to play but the point of playing is to win and when it’s SO HARD to redeem it’s makes it discouraging to play ESPECIALLY since they advertise instant redemptions. The responses is always “some take long then others” which is fine if they didn’t keep failing!

Whatever you do do not play this social casino because you see the words instant redemption. My suggestion to everybody that goes to this place to play is get verified as soon as possible even before you have a payout. And expect for them to act like they have a million customers ahead of you. The interactions with people in regards to the redemption timeline is completely vague they tell you there's nothing wrong with your redemption but to be patient I redeemed at 12:55 a.m. and it's now 3:43 p.m. Central standard Time which is approximately going on 14 hours and there still is no instant redemption. My first experience with them was a larger win over $1,000 and in order for them to pay me I had to literally cause a ruckus which should not be the case my biggest qualm with these people is that if you're going to promote instant redemption to Visa or MasterCard especially the actual card that you use to load money you should follow through anything else is contradicting and false so do yourself a favor do not expect these people to pay you within an hour to 4 hours it's not going to happen. This is my second experience with them and as you can see just an unsatisfied customer.

I redeemed 800 on March 9th. It is now the 31st. The chat reps have been rude with attitude and given false information in regards to my money. I've attempted to reach out to the compliance team who the reps claim is the team that handles large redemptions, no to avail. All docs and paperwork were legit. Now they just playing games
