I had 19 reels of film that I found in…
I had 19 reels of film that I found in the loft. Absolutely no idea what was on them.
Speedy prints was super easy & safe to use. I opted to use them as they’re a small firm and was not disappointed.
I popped the films in the post once I’d selected what services I wanted, development & digital downloads.
I also paid for an extra film to be developed because I was in a Christmas ditz and obviously can’t count. Emailed speedy prints who refunded my error quickly and amended my order. Brilliant. The downloads arrived promptly, the actual photos arrived fast too despite Christmas post.
We all had a great laugh looking through them. Lots of memories, many forgotten & with people who are no longer here. Delighted I did this.
Many thanks to speedy prints.
Highly recommended small family company.

25 year plus films
I sent speedy prints some very old(25years) films to develop not expecting them to be able to develop them but i got them back and although some have discoloured with age its great to get back memories of my children and family days out long forgotten

The prints looked great and I was updated on every step of the process! The wait might be slightly longer than with high street shops, but this is clearly mentioned on their website and you can't beat the price anywhere.

Disposable camera's
Disposable cameras so hard to find somewhere to develop them. Sent them away to speedy prints, great communication and considering they were almost 2 months out of date didn't expect the best results. I was wrong all photos came out. Great service highly highly recommend.

Reasonable prices and speedy turnaround, good communications. Very happy with results. If i find another old camera film I would definitely use speedy prints again to get them developed.

I really struggle with anxiety and leaving the house in my home town is very difficult so speedy prints was a perfect thing to use for me to develop my prints.
Unfortunately I don’t think they are exactly speedy. I do wish the process was a lot faster than 7-21 days. Places around me do it in two days so it’s very unfortunate for someone like me.

Hi there and thanks for your review. As much as we understand that ordering online is a more convenient way to shop for some people. We do advise of our 7-21 day turnaround times before, during and after the checkout process as we get very busy. This way people are well informed and can decide if our services would suit them before placing an order. For a much faster process. We would suggest ordering locally and asking your local print shop if they wouldn't mind delivering. Royal mail also have a lot of delays currently. I can see that your order has been completed and is due for completion tomorrow. Meaning we are well within our 7-21 day turnaround. So we think it's a little unfair to speculate and give us a 3 star review on our services before the advised timescale has expired. Especially when we are well within it. Currently we are processing and dispatching orders well within this advised time.
Great service, would recommend
Really prompt, excellent service and reasonably priced. Will definitley be using again instead of the likes of big chains like boots 👍🏻

However I can see on your account that we received your films on the 14th, and your digital transfers were sent to you on the 25th. plus your order was shipped on the 28th. We allow 7-21 days from the date we receive films as per our terms and advised on the site. So we were actually well within our advised turnaround of 14 days. Unfortunately we cannot control delivery times from the courier.

Nothing really speedy about them
Nothing really speedy about them. It took nearly 6 weeks and then they only sent them once I sent a reminder asking where they were.

And this was due to our machine upgrade which all customers were indeed made aware of prior to ordering. I can also see on your account that you were kept up dated through out the process including information about a blank film and a partial refund for this. If you had emailed requesting information on your order nearly 6 weeks after your order then this would have been dispatched prior to your email.

Exceptional level of service
Exceptional level of service and very quick too. I expected a wait because they had a backlog due to installing a new machine but the DVD was here the next week. They kept me informed every step of the process. At first I was a little worried what the quality of the DVD would be like because the VHS tape was 35 years old but it was perfect. Will definitely use again - thank you so much !
