Very poor experience from start to…

Very poor experience from start to finish. We hired this company for a garden removal job, and unfortunately found their attitude extremely rude and unprofessional.

When we tried to raise a complaint, the situation became even worse. It was incredibly difficult to speak to anyone, with calls constantly going to voicemail and being told there was a backlog or queue. There was very little communication, no useful advice, and no real attempt to properly deal with our concerns.

Based on our experience, I would not recommend this company.
