Outstanding.
Very fast order turnover (Despatched within hours of order being placed and arrived in 2 days). Brilliant/competitive pricing, especially considering free UK shipping. Packaging wasn’t anything outstanding but did the job. Highly recommend, will definitely order from SpeedyHen in the future! :)

A reliable firm to deal with
A reliable firm to deal with. Books are reasonably priced with a very good next day delivery price.
I've started using Speedyhen due to the poor packaging at Amazon.
However my first order arrived very poorly packaged for the size of the book I ordered. The weight of the book split the packaging.
I contacted Speedyhen who apologised.
My second order has arrived very well packaged so will continue using Speedyhen.

Received book damaged
Received book damaged, informed Speedy Hen straight away. Customer Service initially asked for photos of damage which I provided immediately. Next day decided to offer 20% off which was unacceptable, as I thought I was buying a new book in perfect condition. Since emailing to decline this 20% off, heard absolutely nothing. The hardback book I ordered wasn’t cheap. Will need to try and get my money back via PayPal now. Had used Speedy Hen for years, but this has put me right off now. Won’t be using them again. Company is not good to deal with at all if a problem arises.

Unaccountable seller
Unaccountable seller. The book I ordered for 100£ is missing. I have been back and forth, but they are not issuing my refund. Unreliable people. I don’t recommend ordering from them and waste your hard-earned money.

Arrived on time.

Bought a three volume set of art reference books. Though expensive, they were very competitively priced at Speedyhen. They came extremely well packaged and super fast delivery.
