Twice since renewal

Twice since renewal, I have been informed that my subscription has expired. I have been prompted top contact "tech support" who initially assisted and then badgered me to purchase additional services. I have deleted Speedy PC Pro as a result, and will choose an alternate product. Dan McIlwee

Customer service stinks!

Purchased your renewal software, downloaded it, within 14 days your software didn't recognize my computer and wanted me to renew/pay again. I tried to get a hold of your "customer service" what a bad JOKE they are! It was too much to ask them to CALL me so without even trying contact me by phone they just issued me a refund. I'd been a return customer for a few years and this is how you treat me? GOOD Ridden's Speedy PC!

In your contact to our support department, you had stated you were having issues with SpeedyPC Pro, and wanted to speak with someone directly.

We do not offer phone support as we feel that we can provide you with the best customer support via email. Email support is available 7 days a week between the hours of 8am and 5pm PST.

In addition, our online support keeps detailed records in one place which ensures that nothing is lost amongst our team members and if we ever need to escalate your issue, these details can be easily accessed. We’ll always have access to previous cases so you won’t have to repeat questions. Troubleshooting issues can be quite technical and the use of screenshots to provide assistance is extremely helpful.

We understand that some people prefer phone support, and on a case by case basis, we do contact a client via phone support, once we confirm the best time to contact the end user.

No noticeable difference after installation...

The last time I used Speedy PC it made a noticeable difference in start up speed and overall performance. This time not the case. My computer is not working slower but certainly not faster. Maybe something to do with Windows 10?

Your subscription includes complimentary support for a variety of issues. If you are not satisfied with our solutions we can certainly honor our money-back guarantee within 30 days from the purchase date.

If your computer is running slowly, we suggest you use the SpeedyPC Pro Startup Manager to stop programs you don't need running in the background, and the Disk Defrag tool to remove any fragmentation on your hard drive.

You can use SpeedyPC Pro to improve the startup speed of your PC by choosing which applications you want to run in the background when you start your computer.

Please Note: Some startup items are necessary for regular computer operations. It is recommended that you use caution when re-configuring the startup entries and consult our support team if you are unsure about a particular item. Please uncheck one item at a time to see how the change affects the functioning of your computer.

To Use the Startup Manager:

1. Click on the Tools tab in the SpeedyPC Pro window.
2. Click Startup Manager.
3. Review the items on the list. If you are unsure about any items, we recommend you look for information online

Note: There are user forums and manufacturer sites that give descriptions and advice on some startup items. Please only remove startup items you recognize and do not use regularly. Once you have determined which startup items you would like to disable, you can proceed. After making any changes to your startup programs please reboot your computer so that your changes will take effect.

4. Uncheck any items you do not want running when your computer starts.

After removing any programs running on Startup and restarting your computer, you can try defragmenting your computer if it is still running slowly.

As you use your computer files can become “fragmented.” This means that the information contained in a file becomes stored across many different locations on your hard disk. SpeedyPC Pro’s defrag feature allows you to reverse this process to let your computer access files faster, and subsequently run faster.

To Defrag Your Computer:

1. From the main window click on the Tools tab.
2. Click on the Defrag button.
3. In the Defrag window select the hard drive you wish to scan. Most computers will only have one hard drive, Volume (C:\), which is selected by default.
4. Click Defragment.

If you continue to experience slowness on your system, we would ask that you please submit further information about your system to our support department so we might provide further assistance.

Better than Norton and Mcafee…

Our computer was infected with lots of malware in 2013 and trojan viruses which were shutting down important system functions on our computer. We had a similar issue with a desktop and we did not have Speedy PC and we had Mcafee on that computer, it was a total loss. We were desperate and searched online for PC protection for our new computer, and had read reviews about Speedy PC, in 2013 we decided to try it, we are so pleased with this product, it has saved this computer.

Speedy pc will recover you computer to a useable state.

Speedy pc has recovered my computer to a useable state many times. I am glad to have it. Fooling around on the internet a lot will put your computer in trouble. May programs will disrupt your registry and change the order or something and make your computer unusable. When this happens I have been lucky enough to get Speedy pc to run and correct this. This makes my computer run every time. Gets rid of junk too. Too much junk gums the works. Gone with Speedy Pc. I have been very happy with you product, that's why I keep buying it.
