Problem

I installed this program after a couple of weeks starts having problems on my 3 month old Dell computer. Contacted Dell who diagnosed the problem was caused by Speedy PC. Dell removed Speedy PC from the computer and now the Computer is working the way it was supposed.

Just renewed and already my computer is telling me subscription is expired.

Just renewed A few weeks ago and it is already getting notification that my subscription is expired! Don't see anywhere on notification how to contact anyone about the problem. The only option I see available is to pull out my credit card and pay again (I don't think that will happen).

I am sorry to hear that you've had so much difficulty renewing your product. I would be happy to help you resolve this issue.

To refresh your license key, please restart your computer. Once your computer has started, make sure you are connected to the internet and re-open the software. Click on the word About and you should see the updated expiry date of May 28, 2017.

If the license key does not show the updated expiry date, we would like to ask that you reset your license key.

To reset your license key:

1. From the Main window, press the About button, or select the (i) button at the top right.
2. Click the Unlicense button located at the bottom of the window.
3. Click Yes to remove your license key.
4. Enter your license key
5. Click Submit or OK.

You should now see the proper subscription date.

trustworthy I hope.

I know very little about I.T.,so I rely on the trustworthiness of companies. I have very little knowledge of the application of this program so I hope I am getting some benefit from it. It is for this reason I find it difficult to give a rating.

Didn' my copy speedy PC

I did some thing Wrong. Sorry :-( I didn't get the download for my/this computer. Can you help me so I can tell everyone how much I love your product. I changed computers, I did have it on my old computer.

A recent program update provided SpeedyPC Pro with a more comprehensive malware scan. As a result, the scan time has increased.

This issue can be caused by a firewall blocking our program. Please add an exception in your antivirus program's firewall so that it will not block our software. If you are not sure what firewall you are using, then try adding the exception to the Windows Firewall.
