I left my laptop open during lunch break and the casino logged me out automatically after maybe twenty minutes. Came back and had to sign in again. Slightly annoying in the moment, but also made me feel like they care about account security a bit.
I requested a $500 withdrawal, and after 48 hours it will no longer be reversible. The cancel button is massive and located right next to the transaction history. It seems like dark pattern design to me. I almost cancelled the withdrawal twice by misclicking while checking the status.
I asked for a two week cooling off period to take a break. I’m grateful the site locked my login. During that break, however, I kept getting marketing emails about bonuses and sms messages about special weekend offers.
