There was zero paperwork in the package. It should have been a return as the wig is nice but it’s style isn’t good for me. As I order from many sites and all it had was a Henry Margu shipping label on the box I had no way to do a return. You policy says returns within three days of postmark which was impossible due to me not having info to do so. I found out about the return policy when I figured out it came from you due to your emails. Could you please help me.

Hi Roxann, I’m so sorry the piece you ordered isn’t your style. I do think you may have misunderstood our policy. We don’t include return slips in our packages as we try to operate paperless and as green as possible, however we are very easy to get a hold of and very responsive. You can start a return from your account online as explained in our return policy without ever even contacting us at all, but there are several other ways to reach us for assistance including email, phone, and chat on the website. We take customer service quite seriously here and I do hope that you’ll give us an opportunity to assist you. I have emailed you a return label to send the piece back but should have any questions or need any additional Help please feel free to reach out!

Lovely style in Scorpio
Lovely style in Scorpio, and color matched my hair perfectly. However, the part will require some fixing. It looks wiggy with the exposed area.

Scorpio is a basic cap wig and in case you didn't realize this, there is another version of this wig with a partial monofilament. If you really love the color and style, I would recommend you try the Scorpio PM next time! I think you will love it even more. This is my fourth men's wig I've ordered. I have three from the HIM collection & one from the Ellen Willie men's collection. You are getting great quality wigs at a reasonable price. It's the only place I've ordered from and trust. The customer service is phenomenal & they'll do anything they can to help, Sherri is wonderful. Shipping is fast.
