With over 15 years of hands-on medical experience, I have dedicated my career to saving lives and empowering others to do the same. My journey began with St John Ambulance, where I served as an Ambulance Cadet Leader and discovered my lifelong passion for teaching. Following many rewarding years gaining clinical knowledge within the NHS, I founded Spero Training. Today, we deliver high-quality, engaging, and compliant First Aid, Healthcare, and Health & Safety training designed to give individuals and businesses the vital skills and confidence they need to act when it matters most.

A solid foundation in the latest guidelines on administering First Aid

Friendly, knowledgeable trainer who tailored the course content to our particular needs. As someone whose last first aid course was 20 years ago, I was surprised by how much guidance and best practice has changed. I also learned that defibrillators aren't quite what I thought they were, and understanding that distinction alone made the course worthwhile. A good reminder of the importance of keeping up to date with current recommendations.

I will rebook with Spero in the future.
